So busy they can't cancel orders made minutes ago. Must be getting as many orders as Amazon.

I have sold many pairs with them and they have still not paid out for 5 pairs from OVER ONE YEAR AGO, they don't respond to emails, don't respond to DMs, NOTHING. I've been trying to get a reply for OVER A YEAR. They are THIEVES.

Bought a pair of mags yesterday and the left shoe doesn’t charge. I would have thought for the money I paid they should have checked! Not answering any calls 😡

I had an issue with my gift card worth over £300 and they have been sooo quick to resolve the issue. Bam has been so helpful and I’m so grateful for the support. Thank you xx

Around 12 months ago, I sold 3 items on the kick game sellers website and they have been verified and sent to the customer and I have not received my payouts for them, at the time kick game was going through difficulty with payouts so I stayed patient however since then, I have send around a dozen emails and the problem still hasn’t been resolved and I’m still waiting for my money which is 100’s of pounds

I brough a pair of Air Jordan 5 Sunset from Kick Game in June 2024. They are definitely a pair I've wanted for a while, the colour way is my absolute favourite. Anyway, I wore them out for the first time over the weekend and the mid sole completely crumbled! Devastated! Kick Game basically said, oh get them repaired, nothing we can do here! So you know they won't be getting my money again! What a joke!

Make sure you wear your trainers straight away if you buy from here and complain immediately if its not up to standard.

After receiving the reply from Kick Game: You've got my invoice and order number, what are you talking about wear and tear? How could I have possibly worn them out to that extent in a month. Don't be ridiculous! Just accept that you sell trainers that are not to be worn and are basically antiques. Just tell people that and move on. Don't blame it on your customers, your making yourselves look even worse

The worker there Furquan was amazing

Genuinely shocking.

Took 6 weeks for them to PROCESS the order after I had to chase them constantly for an item they said was “in stock” when I purchased.

Clearly the shops are working wonders for their ratings as all the good reviews are about in-store staff.

Clearly all their budget is being used to bring musicians and YouTubers into their store instead of creating a working online shop.

Don’t order from here my order was delayed by 14 days so requested a refund still haven’t got it 8 days later ! I explained this was a birthday present for my son and still nothing I’m still waiting on my money back

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

They owe thousands of sellers a lot of money but are refusing to pay out. Their consignment customer service email do not respond, and the instagram account do not respond, with a big chunk of sellers being owed from 1+ year ago. Their instagram comments are also frequently filled with sellers asking to be paid out, which always gets deleted by them.

Also, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re out of business soon, as they’re closing stores at an alarming rate—Manchester, Trafford, Birmingham, Milan, etc.

Additionally, they don't seem to be any better for buyers, with many complaining of long shipping times / faulty shoes & not receiving refunds for long periods of time.

Buyers and Sellers: AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The wait to get your return money back is a joke! Got an email giving me a specific date of when I should receive my store credit! Theyve confirm they have my return too! Over two weeks is way too long considering it didn’t take them two weeks to take my money. What makes matters worse is all I wanted was an exchange so got store credit thinking it would be easier. Figment of my imagination that was, I’m still waiting. Just want my money back.
