Bought some some IT suit cases from…
Bought some some IT suit cases from them on ebay. Cases were faulty wheels scrubbed out after one short holiday. Sent back to kickback who agreed to refund and postage. Thats when problem has occurred. Four months later no monies refunded still fihjting for it. They refuse to provide contact details - phone number etc. Can only contact thro ebay messages and they do not respond. Ebay also do not want to know as they have a 30day after purchase policy.

Shoes falling apart after 12 hours wear! Won’t refund
Shoes falling apart after 88 days! They are football boots so worn an hour a week (so had 12 hours wear total!!!!!) and a hole has developed at the front, initially the fabric started peeling away which we thought was just wear and tear but it’s now formed a hole.

AWFUL / Avoid
Agree with others - AVOID at all costs. Damaged packaging justified as "the packaging is to keep the product safe" - not great for an Xmas present! Also the product came with a big 2 for £20 sticker on all 5 of them - not great when I paid £60 for 5 so missed out on 1. Totally inflexible approach and dreadful customer service.
The worst ever.
Probably the most unfortunate retailer I have dealt with. Bought an item from their eBay shop which didn’t turn up. After a long wait, contacted their inept ’customer service’ department for a refund, which they refused, citing tedious ‘company policy’ as the reason for not refunding. I’m currently waiting to get the case investigated by eBay this week. My advice is a firm ‘buyer beware’- think twice before handing your money over to them. Shop elsewhere.
I ordered a child's putter on the 25th…
I ordered a child's putter on the 25th August. Within less than an hour I realised that the putter was for a 3-5 year old. I sent the company an email immediately to say that I wanted the larger size as my grandson is 12.
I got a prompt response saying that they couldn't alter or cancel the order as they couldn't communicate with the warehouse!!!! Two days later I got confirmation that it had been posted. I received the wrong putter on the 1st September. I have now got to send it back at my own expense. Poor service.
Utterly woeful
Utterly woeful. Bought a table tennis table. Packaging damaged so not sent from depot. A week or longer to resolve. Refund issue, table delivered two weeks late and is damaged. What's the point of this company? Two very disappointed children here.

Seems no help provided by e-bay either as outside time window for return!
Would expect shoes to last much longer than this and seller/manufacturer to provide refund or replacement of faulty goods.

Bought some sandals. 7 months later they fell apart. Contacted them about it. Reply said “sorry only offer 6 month warranty”.
How convenient for them. No mention of warranty on their items before purchase. Bet if I said they fell apart after 8 months, they would have replied: “sorry… only has a 7-month warranty.”

It's a clear sign that you're a dodgy company when you try to trick your customers
It's a clear sign that you're a terrible business when you hide your real name from your customers because it's reputation is so appalling. Kickback sports is sports direct, don't be fooled by the fac tthey don't mention it anywhere on any of their material, they share an office with sports direct and all the money made goes into the pockets of the sports direct management, all the dodgy trading practices like under paid staff, appalling customer service and a refund process that is borderline illegal, are all part of the parent company, this is just a way to try and trick customers into shopping with a brand they know is hated.
Delivery issues
I have no complaints about the table tennis table I bought from them, via Amazon, but I was disappointed about the late delivery (10 days) and the fact that I was given scant information about the reasons for the delay, despite sending them 4 or 5 emails. At one point they gave me a phone number to call their courier myself to arrange the delivery. This turned out to be a premium rate number and all I got was a recorded message saying they (the courier) could not give out any delivery information. So I had to pay about 50p for the call just to hear that. At that point I would have given them zero stars if I could, but the delivery did in fact happen two days later, and the product is fine, so my rating is higher.
Ordered a pair of training shoes
Ordered a pair of training shoes - When I tracked them their courier(Hermes) said they attempted to deliver - They hadn't - I was in all day AND they left no "attempted to deliver" notification card.....The tracking "then" said the following day "en route to delivery point - will be here by 8pm......NOBODY CAME!......The following day after that "tracking DISAPPEARED altogether.......FRAUDULENT COMPANY - "NEVER EVER use them".......You've been WARNED!!!
