The most terrible and disgusting …

The most terrible and disgusting customer service I have EVER received. They did not answer one of my emails even though I sent several and then sent an email saying my case had been closed as the issue was resolved! The issue WAS NOT RESOLVED! I see now that this has happened to others, I wish I had read these reviews before buying with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Scam, Rip Off, Liars

Do not order from a company that uses Kibo to fulfill. We ordered a shirt from Evinrude on September 21st and never received it. We have a shipping confirmation with tracking number stating it shipped on 9/26. When calling Evinrude we were given the Kibo customer service number.
I spoke with a girl on 10/4 and was told it was "lost in the mail" and would be re-shipped. Today 10/19 I spoke with another gal and was told that the agent from 10/4 was out of the office so I asked for a manager and was told also out of the office. While on hold for quite awhile in this process today I Googled Kibo Reviews and voila' our case of not receiving seems to be the normal.

I honestly don't even know what to …

I honestly don't even know what to write. I cannot even comment on the delivered product on the fact that there is no delivered product. I ordered a guitar TWICE now using different accounts because my first account had been frozen and my order cancelled and the company has apparently given no reason (or answered my e-mail complaints) about the situation.

Ordering from my second account was the same story. Ordered, cancelled without any explanation, frozen account, ignored e-mail complaints. I seriously don't know how they keep themselves in business.

We ordered the motor parts we needed …

We ordered the motor parts we needed with a delivery time of 3-5 days. Order number 21893920. After 7 days I called and waited about 1/2 hour for someone to answer the phone and found that my payment was not processed for some reason for the 7 days. I asked if they could expedite the order delivery as we are awaiting these parts for our business and received the statement, "I am not authorized to do that do you want to cancel your order?" Evidently there was nothing wrong with the credit card entry,they just skipped over it, forgot about it or neglected to enter the card. This was not our neglect or loss of payment ability but Shopatron or KIBO's so we wait again for these urgent parts. Customer service is terrible. We will be contacting Evenrude-BRP. They need to get a better order service. If you make a shipping promise, keep it.

Worlds worse customer service ever

I had purchased an amp with kibo. These people are the worse in customer service. I instructed them I was going to return the amp. They gave me permission and an RMA number after me losing my shiP because they do not respond. I provided the return tracking number, it was signed by the representative. I have yet to get my refund. I have tried calling their customer service department. First time the hold time was 31 minutes. I got the rep on the line and she promised me that she would email me and resolve this for me. It has now been 2 days. I have tried calling back... My first call i was on hold 27 minutes and I got so frustrated I had to hung up. I am now calling back. I am 34 minutes on hold. This is absurd customer service. The absolute worse company. I see so many similar service issues with many customers.

I have been waiting 3 months for my order and was told it would be shipped to me in two weeks. They give me the run around every time I have called and do not keep you updated. Nothing gets accomplished or updated. I still have not received my order! Absolutely Frustrating!

After placing 4 calls to customer …

After placing 4 calls to customer service to resolve a hold on my order, it was still not released despite authorization from PayPal. I ultimately cancelled my order, but my PayPal funds have yet to be credited back to my account. Each customer service rep promised to escalate my case, but nothing happened. No return call, no return email. Horrible experience

Shipping takes forever, order status is not reflected on the website, support is unresponsive

I posted an order there because manufacturer site used them as official retail and ended up re-ordering elsewhere after over 2 weeks.
Short story is that over two weeks after my order was submitted (and over a week after it was charged) it had status 'shipping soon' at the website.
I contacted support and shipper via the website 3 times and only once got a non-informative reply like 'let me see and get back to you' without any follow-up.
The ironic part is that the item arrived when I no longer needed it, so I have to return at my own cost and, I guess, proceed with the transaction dispute.

I bought items via web site from Kibo.Kibo cancel my order...not problem but problem is get money back to your account..I send couple email about my money but nothing.I got no answers. After this I contacted paypal and problem is done.

Useless To End Customer

Used a linked company 1000 Socks to supply specialist hiking socks. The items failed to arrive and the company does not want to answer any questions as to where they are. Kibo no help whatsoever and fail to provide and customer support.

They ignore customer complaint emails

After ordering some jackets from Rothco.com, a transaction managed by Kibo, I received an email saying they'd been dispatched, but none saying they'd been delivered. On checking the tracking number they were listed as delivered by the USPS, but were never received by the person I'd asked for them to be sent them to. So I sent several emails to Kibo, most of which were ignored, and with no help from Kibo, consequently complained directly to Rothco and their supplier. But the jackets have still not been received, nor have I had a refund, and Kibo have been absolutely no help at all. They are not responding to emails, leaving me a VERY dissatisfied and out of pocket customer and I would be wary of doing business with any company they are associated with from now on.

Charged for backordered item the day order was cancelled

Placed an order for items that were back ordered. 2 days before items were supposed to be in stock and shipped, I received an email saying items would be back ordered for 3 more weeks and I could cancel order if I wanted to. After 2 phone calls over 3 days, I finally got order canceled, only to find out 2 days later that the day I canceled my order, my account was charged for the canceled order. I was not supposed to be charged until the items were ready to ship but they charge me after I cancel my order. I will never buy from a business that uses Shopatron again.

Edit: I tried to email my order number, but it was undeliverable. Did you give me a bogus email? Any way if you really want it it is 14455616

Edit #2: I would like to thank Sue for reaching out to me to explain what happened and going beyond what was needed to correct the situation. Please accept my apologies for not being more patient in the beginning. I really appreciate the effort she made to get in contact with me and discuss what happened. I would not hesitate to use Shopatron again. If you read this Sue, Thank you again!

No product

Ordered an item for Father's Day. Item was paid for, has not shipped. Every time I call customer service I'm told the department i need to speak to is closed and they will email me after it opens. I never get an email. The item hasn't shipped and i can't seem to cancel my order and get my money back. I wish I had looked at this site first. I wouldn't not have used a company that rips people off. It's very shady they way you think you order from a company and then it ends up being through shop a tron.

Very Disappointing

Ordered a very expensive item (over £2000) in May - now 30+ days ago! No emails from Shopatron or Litepanels since the order confirmation.

Sent an email to customer service's Order Support five days (120 hours) ago and still no response. The whole experience has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Avoid at all cost. Worst service in case of damaged item.

I purchased a high quality MP3 player 4 months ago. It was damaged when received. I contact shopatron to ship back the item 10 days after the reception of the MP3 player. They told me they will send a return box.

I waited 3 weeks and received noting. I call them back and they told me they did not send anything, but that they now will. But I still received nothing.

Same story goes on 2 other time before I deceided to send the item myself. Five week now since the item was shipped and still no refund. I contact them few times and only receive one lazy e-mail. The kind of e-mail half "not our fault" and half "we will do nothing".

Conclusion: I've lost 350$ and many hours because of them.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!

P.S. For shopatron if you want to answer to this. Avoid starting with your "Dear Valued Customer" I don't buy it anymore...

Oder a Item and then try to find out about your order.

I pre ordered a Pentax K-1, I thought from Ricoh. The email with my order says it will be billed by Shopatron*Ricoh Imaging. I ordered on March 03 2016 and hear nothing by May 4. Try contacting Ricoh and they say order is handled by Shopatron. I have a order number but cannot find any way to find out any thing about it at Shopatron. Not even a way to cancel order. I have never been this frustrated because it is a $1800 dollar item. I will never order anything from Ricoh again.

Follow up:
May 5, 2016 I received a phone call from Ricoh and an email from Shopatron Saying The Item has been cleared for shipping. May 6th I received a email from Shopatron saying Item has been shipped. The Item not being available In April as Indicated when I ordered it was part of the problem. Not being able to find info about item for a month is still a problem. I am now happy to know my item is on the way.

Shopatron took my money and never sent my item

I ordered an item costing over $500 from a retailer that uses shopatron. The day after J placed my order the status showed that my order had been processed and will ship within the next business day. 4 days had gone by and no shipment. I emailed them on a monday and they got back to me within 30 mins saying my item will be shipping from the city where I live. It will be shipped from a local retailer and I will have it some time during the week. Since the retailer is within my city it will be same day shipping. Well a week had gone by. My order status was still "your order has been processed and should ship within the next business day." I emailed them again twice with no reply. In the second email I said I want to cancel the order. my next step is to open a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back if they don't email me back. I don't understand why it's taking over 2 weeks to get an item that's shipping from my city. It can't be more than 30 kms from where I live.

Edit: Shopatron, you guys obvsiously don't care about getting it right. I sent an email to the address you provided basically saying I want a refund and to cancel the order. The reply they sent me was, "your order is at the top of our priority list. We will hopefully ship it out in a day or so."

Do you guys even read the messages?
