Awful agency to stay with. I have booked place with them for my parents and my younger sister so they can come over for my graduation week. When we arrived we were horrified to find the place very dusty and sheets to be stained yellow and smell of urin. To make this even more mortifying there was a sex toy left on the stairs!! It was a butt plug and I have attached the picture here. I have notified the property and they asked to send images and have just apologized without offering to clean the property again or anything. At that stage we were not able to leave the property as everything else was overbooked and were forced to stay here where some pervert left the sex toy, either previous occupant or the landlord, I can not even decide which is worse! This raised huge health and safety concerns especially as there were 2 girls in the apartment.
To make the situation worse I received a call asking me to select Wednesday morning or Friday morning for the landlord to come over and have the surveyor do electricity and water and gas check. I was shocked by this as this was supposed to be done prior to our arrival and not during to have us disturbed, and especially given sex toy left inside we were worried about who may come to the property and go through their stuff or do who knows what. We agreed to have it Wednesday morning at 9am and have stayed in the property, to ensure no additional perversions occur, for 2 hours but no one showed up, I assume it is because they knew we would be in. When I contacted the place management agency only then they told us that the landlord will not be able to come, making us waste our morning on staying in.
To add to the horror of the experience they contacted us to say they have rescheduled it for Thursday between 1 and 3. This was unacceptable as we had made plans to have dinner as a family to commemorate my graduation and I asked them why can it not be done on Friday to which they said it can not be changed. This was extremely rude and when I pointed it out to them they said that we can either accept £50 as an apology or that we have to vacate the property. This has placed us in an extremely hostile situation as we were not able to vacate the property due to such late notice and were forced to accept £50. You can only imagine how ruined the dinner was with 5 men walking around the place! Furthermore when I asked them if they can do it before 1 or after 3 they still were inflexible about that as well! So in conclusion our stay had to be disrupted due to their lack of organisation.
Definitely would not recommend.

The property provided by this company had significant mould issues and was dirtier that the photos.

The beds were damp which made it unusable for two of the guests to sleep in, and the entire downstairs smelt of mould.

A wooden chopping board in the kitchen was covered in mould.

The downstairs bathroom with the shower was covered in mould and when used for the first time leaked waste water all over the floor.

The property had mouldy patches throughout and had a smell of cigarette smoke.

The property had marks and wasn't particularly clean upon arrival, the oven was cleaned by ourselves, but in the grand scheme of things that wasn't too bad.

Upon alerting KG Short Stay to these issues, they didn't provide any alternatives or solutions, I have had to take this further with Airbnb's support.
Would stay far away from this company.
