Simple order took the KFC A4 20 minutes. Resulting in 3 cold cappuccinos and two cold chicken dishes. Really, never again.

1 hour for my food and they call them self fast did conpaly. Can go and eat quicker in any restaurant

Ordered a 10 piece traditional bucket. got no breast, got no wings. Only got 6 drumsticks and 4 thighs.
The drumsticks sizes were from huge to tiny and full off sinews.They must have got these legs from giant birds and baby birds. The taste is definitely NOT what KFC with 11 herbs and spices once was. Will not go back again.

For the last 2 to 3 months, KFC tilburg takes a very long time before you are helped at the checkout. And waiting for your order takes too long for a fast food chain.

My kids were crying because one of the workers in rotterdamn centrum kfc decided to walk into her... Disgustingly rude people

KFC Oosterhout nbr , bought a bucket of chicken it tasted bitter and very tasteless! I guess the oil was old. Im very disappointed!
Never again.

KFC Maastricht is an absolute treat. While it was a bit pricey, I loved my bucket of chicken!

Tonight i waited almost 35 mins for my menu. The customers more than 10 later than me already picked up their order. So i was very angry. I said how come so late? A Asia Lady with black short hair coming to me said calm down. Calm down. I said you let me wait too long time. She just left ignoring me. That's KFC treating their loyalty customer! Later the manager came. He said you need to wait. I said how come a lot of customers later than me they already picked up their order? He said if you want i can give u a icecream for free. He thought i just wanted sth from him. I said No. Your staff her attitude is very rude to me. How you gonna solve this? He just said it's not your business ok? Its my business. I said your store has bad service to your customer. He even didn't feel sorry. He shows me like so what? What you can do to me? Nothing. Just go away.

Kfc in Haarlem: avoid like the plague. Incompetent and unfriendly staff. 4 people before us and 3 of them returned with a complaint of missing items and ours was no different (they forgot all sauce which we ordered). We had to wait 50 (yes 50!!!) minutes because apparently they FORGOT our order. When we got it, the fries where cold and soggy, the wrap was hard and dry, one of the drinks was leaking and none of the chicken was crispy. I can't believe a restaurant like this can survive. Absolutely horrible! Was looking forward to our first KFC experience but it will absolutely be the last.

By the way: we dumped the wrap and fries in the bin, took the crust off the chicken and ate the meat to have at least something to eat.

We ordered a zinger burger and my friend wanted no tomatoes then the man asked but with cheese and bacon? We tought it came with the burger so we said yes. It was apparantly extra so we payed way more. It was not made clear by the employee. One euro extra for cheese and one euro extra for the bacon. We payed 12 euros for cheese and bacon! Watch out what you buy!

KFC in the Netherlands are scammers and thieves. In one of the KFC restaurants I ordered chicken and got it almost raw. I complained to the restaurant manager who told me that he couldn't help it. After arriving home, I took photos and submitted a complaint via e-mail to KFC. They wrote back that they would send me a discount card to KFC and it was already 3rd place and I received nothing. I will not go to KFC restaurants anymore and I will advise all my friends against. This is the second such incident at KFC.

Don't order KFC through UberEats - the delivery did not come even though the web site showed delivery man was 200m from door and then they said it was delivered.
KFC washed their hands of it completely and were not interested in anything other then saying I had to call Ubereats - where were equally useless and just eventually refunded the money without any method of getting the food reordered.
This is a VERY bad service and I would NOT do it under any circumstances!
Do not use UBER EATS!!!
Do not order KFC!!!

Maybe its not so healthy.... but i love the taste and my kids love it too
