Gift for girlfriend. Quick delivery and wonderful packaging

Completely rubbish doesn't do anything. I have another brand roller which is much more effective. The adverts for this product is Completely misleading.

Doesn’t even work. No instructions on the battery it requires. Contact email for the company doesn’t work. Absolute waste of money 👎🏻 never again.

High quality product. The weight and build seem good. So far so good.

After I did not receive the package, I contacted K Facials. The staff was very helpful and responsive. She assisted me step by step and always kept me updated and informed. I am now waiting for the replacement. So excited to see the product soon!

I have been looking for a product to use daily on my skin that was easy to use and I decided to give the Ice Roller a go. I highly recommend it and in a short time I have noticed that my skin is softer, tighter and brighter. The best thing is that it's super simple to use and you can take it everywhere (I usually bring it with me when travelling).

Recently made my first order with Kfacials, and couldn’t be happier! A friend has recommended me their product and I thought I would give it a go myself. My order was first stuck in the cart meaning my card was charged but the order didn't go through. I contacted customer support regarding this issue, and within an hour, this problem got resolved. My order got accepted and they notified me with an update on shipping details. I received the product this morning and it looks just like on the website! Thank you Kfacials!

I bought the face sculptor and the t bar as a pre Xmas present for myself :)
I'm very satisfied with both - the vibration is powerful delivering a nice massage/ tingling sensation. The two different shapes are complementary to one and other.
I'm using it with a rich cream (it's actually a face mask) which makes my face a bit slippy and is perfect for the massage.

Absolutely awful, the k facial products ruined my face literally. I would say stay far far away from this brand. Very bad customer service literally ignore you. Looks like there is one person 'Sam' running the business who does not get back to you. K facial shouldn't be operating in the UK.

Terrible! Ordered a product, its been nearly two weeks and no tracking nothing. I've spoke to them many times to solve this issue but they keep saying they will. But they have not. I've asked for money back MANY times but they have not replied, at all. Just beware from buying from this site. I have proof of all the emails and everything. Hoesnlty poor customer service. Poor experience. This company is overrated.
