Purchased the key and it was really quick and convenient

Bought two keys for MS Office 2021, out of which only one was functional, for the other one I kept getting "Key not registered" error. The company offers an e-mail address as the SOLELY way of communication with the customer support. After multiple mails sent in the course of more than a month, NOT A SINGLE ONE HAS BEEN ANSWERED on why one of the keys was not working. I don't believe the company has a single employee, or that all of their employees have been that busy to not to be able to answer to any of my e-mails. So, they could have sold me delibertely an invalid key and now acting in a very unprofessional way, with me not being able to get neither my money back nor to get protected in any other way. Shameful.

After the first Edit I sent (again) an email with details about my order, which was answered very promptly this time, with a new key that (finally) worked.
I still don't understand why there was no answer for more than a month to my initial two emails, so I had to write a bad review to get the company's attention, but in the end everything worked out the way I paid for. So I'm raising the rating to 3 stars (only) - just because of such poor customer support.

I have purchased 2 Windows 10 IOT Enterprise LTSC keys. Both are valid. Received quickly.

Bad experience: I bought an activation key for Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC, but the key doesn't work. I sent a report to Keysfan support but after almost 2 weeks I still haven't received a response.

I needed real license keys for several windows 11 updates from windows 10. This is because the update process did not recognize the new motherboards. My old motherboards worked fine (windows 10) but could not support windows 11. The process was simple and it supplied me with a useable keys.

Keys are inexpensive, but I never get them on the first try. I always have to rely on either email or the third try. It's a little confusing and inconvenient to have to wait a few minutes between each try.
