Customer service was very responsive.
While not a normal thing, there was an issue with installing 2 non compatible programs. I really was my fault because I did not do an in-depth study to see if the programs would be comparable. They actually refunded my money! I will be doing business with them in the future.

Immediate fix of my troubles

It sometimes depends on who the seller is—with Windows keys, shipping is usually immediate, and with Office keys, it takes about 60 minutes, depending on who the seller is. I've never had any problems so far.
