I have purchased from this site a number of times previously. Recently I purchased the Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 Product Key and had an issue with activation. The team at keys.direct were able to rectify the issue promptly for me. Great job, thanks.

I have been a customer for a while now

I have been a customer for a while now. However, this past purchase I had a few issues downloading the item. I reached out and within less than 24 hrs I had a tech helping me out and my problem was resolved. Not only do they have great products, but even more exceptional customer service.

Had an ISO\Key problem. Problem was solved

Had an ISO\Key problem requiring Customer Service help and Kenpreet responded promptly and provided me with exactly what was needed. I'm very satisfied, and because support responded when I needed help I will buy from keys.direct again.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service.
After contact, the troublesome product key was replaced with a new one. The installation continued without any problems.
Definitely recommend.

Microsoft 365 Lifetime Problem Solved

I got the software Microsoft 365 lifetime in December 2020 and now October 2021 and somehow it showed that my account will be deactivated.
I contacted the support and they gave me a new account to make sure that I still can continue working.
Awesome customer service
I hope this new product will last like what they advertise

reliable and good customer service

Ordered 2 sets keys i some how ordered wrong ones and after a few email exchanges they straighten them out and now i have the right keys. great service!.. be careful when ordering keys you may miss certain things like I did
