They are real scammers, they received the payment and it's been day, I am requesting them to deliver the product or pay the refund, they don't even follow their refund policy, i requesting them to refund from 3rd day of my purchase, i know they will soon delete this comment, if any of these scammer see this message. Do regret what you did with me.

"I bought a 1-year private subscription for Claude. During the purchase, the Keys-shop team informed me that it would be renewed every month. However, after the first month, I had to follow up rigorously for 3 weeks just to get access, and even then, they only gave me access to the Claude subscription for a single week. This happened because I agreed to the Keys-shop team's request to reconsider my negative review. Once I updated the review, they removed my Claude subscription the very next day. I have now been following up with them for another week to get my subscription back, but I have not received any positive response. I strongly suggest that people do not buy expensive or long-term subscriptions from them." In last 3 months of subscription I got just 1 month continous useage rest I am just following Keys-shop team to restart my subscription which still not happended.

I strongly recommend avoiding keys-shop.in, especially for Claude private plans of 6 months or longer.

In my experience, they do not provide reliable long-term access. They gave access for around 1 month, and after that the plan stopped working. When I raised the issue with their support team, they added me to a team plan, but that organization plan was cancelled automatically in less than 24 hours.

After that, they again asked me to wait and said they would fix it, but the same issue continued. It feels like they are just buying time instead of actually providing the service that was promised.

Based on my experience, this is not a trustworthy reseller for Claude subscriptions. Do not buy long-term plans from them. You may get temporary access, but there is a serious risk that the plan will stop working and support will only delay the issue instead of resolving it.

I would strongly advise others to buy directly from the official Claude websites instead of using keys-shop.in.

I was purchased Office 365 software in keyshop immediately they shared the log in information through my mail id. aswell as after some times if incase we are facing any issues in the purchased software they are supporting very nicely.

A genuine site & a excellent service. I have been buying from this provider for quite some time now & they have never failed.

Chat service is excellent, now it's only from 10 am to 6.30 pm... I expect this to be 24/7 soon, which will better serve customers.
