I systematically got an error message when proceeding to payment. The client support was even worse: they told me that they would call me back "in five minutes", after waiting for 30 minutes, I called them, they said that they had an IT issue!
Disaster in Richmond…
We used the same property in Richmond on both occasions the key collect number was wrong was requested we checked the house to see if cleaners was there they wasn’t we waited for an hour then given another key number wrong again 2 women in the high rd with luggage finally got the correct number after 3 taxi rides looking for cleaners a complete disaster never again

Keynest took $142.50 AUD from me and I’ve been waiting two weeks for my refund. Every time I call, I get the same useless response — “the team is checking.” I’ve already provided proof of payment, so there’s absolutely no excuse for this delay.
$142.50 AUD is a lot of money, and as a company you should have a clear record of every incoming payment and the bank account it came from. This process should take minutes, not drag on for weeks.
I NEED my money today. I have other responsibilities to take care of and this is unacceptable. Terrible experience, zero urgency, and no respect for customers’ time or money.

I had a terrible experience with this unreliable service. I left my keys at one of their restaurant stops, which is supposed to be a convenience in case you lose or forget your keys. However, I later received a call informing me that the location was closing down and they didn’t have any alternative places to store my keys. Essentially, they just dropped me without even trying to find another solution.
First of all, they never asked if I could pick up my keys within the week, which would have been possible if I were traveling. Second, they gave me no time or option to retrieve my keys at all. On top of that, when I requested a refund for the days I didn’t use the service, they made me jump through hoops to get it.
This entire ordeal caused me significant inconvenience and potential financial loss. I’m honestly considering legal action because of how poorly they handled this. I strongly advise against using this service, especially in countries where they don’t have formal operations. It’s ridiculous, and they should be embarrassed by how they treat customers.
