Item (blind) was delivered over a week late (after a chasing email).
Stick on strip wouldn’t stick to frame.
Screws too short.
Wrong size blind sent (despite ordering via window serial number online)
I was told to buy a second blind and return the original at my own cost (£17.50 +VAT!) and inconvenience (before a refund would be given so double cost!)
Several emails later Keylite agreed to collect wrong blind at no cost and to refund but only once returned!

Still waiting for a refund and also need to order a second replacement blind once received.

Once it’s delivered I let you know what it is like

The purchase was very easy and the product was exactly what we wanted

The blinds are great and fit well. Disappointed that we had no notification they were on their way other than a message on the morning from DPD with a time slot. I immediately did a delivery change to my neighbour as we were away for the week but my parcel was put over our 6’ garden gate!! Thankfully my neighbour managed to get it as we had a lot of rain and hail that week.

Ordered roof window blind and it took ages to arrive. Average quality but most disappointing matter is the poor design. It can’t be closed or opened easily with the stick/pole for window. I had to buy a ladder to open and close it. Just a money making scheme by developer and manufacturer and fooling customer.

Ordered 2 blinds to match my key lite roof windows. Good price and quality delivered very quickly. One bracket was broken dropped them an email and new bracket sent and delivered next day. Great customer service

Item which I purchased was in stock and was dispatched and arrived within 3 days.

Keylite loft ladders are high quality and are designed for ease of fitting by one person. First time fitting this make of loft ladder and will definitely buy again as I am in the trade. Special mention to Daniel in Technical and Chloe in customer care who were extremely efficient responding promptly to a query that I had. Had an issue with the operation of 1x solar roof window recently installed - contacted Customer Services who arranged for Engineer [Luke] to attend - he turned up on time was very knowledgeable, helpful & efficient in diagnosing the issue - he replaced a couple of faulty components, re-programmed the controllers & left everything in full working order

Had great help from customer service (Chloe) regarding an issue with my loft ladder. Spoke to tech team, and distributed the parts very quickly that I needed, all under warranty. Great help.

What a great company! Speedy delivery and a wonderful product. I am absolutely delighted with the quality, so was my fitter. When I ordered another window, I needed assistance with the delivery date and Alicia Chan did not disappoint. She was proactive, helpful, patient and efficient. She resolved my issue and communicated the changes. I cannot fault the service or the product.

We recently had Keylite windows fitted and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free.

A special mention goes to Edel in the office, who was excellent throughout. She kept everything organised, coordinated the fitters efficiently, and was always helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions.

The fitters did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, worked professionally, and left everything spotless when the work was completed. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship were first class.

Most importantly, we can already notice a significant difference in heat retention and overall comfort in the house. The new windows have made an immediate impact, and we’re delighted with the results.

I would highly recommend Keylite to anyone considering new windows. Excellent customer service, skilled fitters, a clean and tidy installation, and a quality product that delivers exactly what it promises.

My Keylite window was installed in January. It had a faulty bracket, which was noted during the installation, and I was assured it would be replaced in a couple of weeks. A technician finally came at the end of March but brought the wrong part. He assured me it would be fixed in a couple of weeks. A technician was booked for 22nd June but he failed to turned up, and when I phoned Keylite, I was told the wrong part had been ordered and a message had been left on my phone. The technician is now booked for the 13th July, which will be some 7 months after the window was installed. The lesson is: I should have gone with Velux.

I made contact with Chloe in Customer Care- she was super friendly helpful and efficient.
In addition the company have an easy to use website. 100% all round- thank you.

I'd like to thank Customer Representative Kritika for all the work she did on getting the right blinds lined up for me to order. She took a lot of care to get them right, given the different sizes and specifications involved. I managed to install them single-handedly and they are great - just in time for another heatwave!

I had an issue with my Velux window, which I reported. When the engineer, Philip arrived , he immediately knew exactly what the issue was and resolved it within minutes. He was professional , polite, knowledgeable and courteous. A true credit to Keylite.

We had 4 solar roof lights fitted but one was struggling to fully close.
Lee the engineer contacted us with an arrival time, was punctual, professional and solved the problem immediately. Lee explained what the problem was and did a great job, he also checked the other 3 windows to ensure everything was left in good working order.

Terrible customer service, wrong instructions for the windows and blinds I had. Highly disappointing. Never using again

After purchasing two blackout blinds for £183, we were told they would arrive within two working days. However, after having to call twice to chase the order, they eventually arrived two weeks later.
Once installed, we tested the blinds and were extremely disappointed to find that they were not fit for purpose. The quality was very poor, and they were nowhere near blackout standard. Waiting three weeks to install them in my son's room, only to discover they did not do the job they were advertised to do, was incredibly frustrating.
When I contacted customer services, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving the issue. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this company. The products are poor quality, the customer service is disappointing, and the prices are far too high for what you receive.

To make matters worse, we ordered another blind separately. I called to confirm the sizing over the phone because the serial code was not registering correctly. Following that conversation, we placed the order and waited a further two weeks, only to discover that the blind was too small.
I then called to arrange a replacement blind. However, I was informed that I would first need to return the original blind and arrange a collection, which would incur a £20 fee deducted from my refund.

To make matters even worse, just an hour later I received a text message confirming a collection that I had neither arranged nor agreed to. At no point did I authorise the collection or accept the £20 collection charge.
This is simply unacceptable, especially given the issues we had already experienced. Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

Easy to order with barcode. Had a solar powered blackout blind it is amazing and worth every penny!
