Taking key peri & menopause for a month now, I have to say I noticed a difference after 2 weeks of taking them. My sleep is better, no night sweats or hot flushes… I couldn’t believe it. An amazing product, I’ve just ordered another months supply.

Excellent service really fast delivery, the collagen tastes great. It’s early days with any results yet as only had it a week but I will order again as it tastes good and so handy. Hope to use other products also, happy customer so far thanks 😊

I started taking KeyforHer during the summer on recommendation from a friend. Not really aware of what Perimenopause was. I was already taking a BalanceOil with added vitamins. This was a different league to these vitamins. I feel the benefits for me personally taking the supplements was my Fatigue greatly reduced my energy and concentration all improved. But only if I took every day if I forgot a day I was ok but two or more I was back tired forgetful muddy brain at work all over the place doing 20 things at once. I find I’m more focused and can eat better too. I try to take them at breakfast time to set me up for the day and if I forget it as me at evening. Only suggestion I have would be that the wrapper could be labelled Sunday to Saturday for tracking because sometimes I totally forget if I have took them as i so busy with work and volunteering I’m spinning. Overall really good value for money.

Im just finished my first month of the Peri & menopause Key vitamins and Key Collagen. The difference in my hair, nails & skin is amazing. My hair has stopped falling out when I'm washing it. My nails are healthy & strong as I've always had brittle nails. My skin feels soft, smooth & hydrated. Thses 2 tablets do everything they say they do. I'm less anxious & more calm. I feel my mood is happier. My energy levels have gone way up. My knees don't hurt as much. Having only to take 2 vitamins and the collagen everyday makes life simpler instead of taking about 8 different supplements and trying to remember which ones you took!! Highly recommend Key Peri and Menopause supplements. 2 easy to swallow tablets contain everything I need, compared to the bottles of vitamins that I used to have. Key does the trick of all of them combined and I have seen a real improvement in my menstrual symptoms.

I am on my 3rd month of Key Collagen, and my 2nd month of Key Peri + Menopause.
I can 100% see a difference in my skin from the collagen; there is a softening of my facial lines and my complexion is brighter. With the Peri supplements I had hoped to escape my awful fatigue a bit better, but it is still early days yet, so fingers crossed. It has definitely helped reduce my night sweats. I am very happy with both products and fully intend to continue taking them both :)

I've been using KEY Menstrual Cycle for almost three weeks and seems to be improving my general health and mood. I feel more energised, not as tired as before. I know I've already reviewed these products after a month but 3 months in and would love to share more. I can't believe the difference the supplements continue to make. My joints no longer hurt after doing any kind of hard work,exercise I used to be in bits with my elbows shoulders and knees for days at a time no more. No more massive mood swings so much calmer and thankfully no anxiety. But the Collagen Holy Moly my eyebrows are growing back (over plucked in the 90s) my skin has never been better. My skin tone was dreadful I had a lot of dark patches over the past year + now I use the bare minimum of makeup. I used to wakeup with huge creases on my face that took over an hour to go no matter what cream I used no more I've got my bounce back. These products are an absolute game changer.
