They sell used keys and do not reply to support. Just a scam
I purchased a licence key fro W10 3 days ago. Straight as I received it, the key was rejected because it had already been used (not something unheard of in other reviews). For the last 3 days I have been trying to get in touch with them, to no avail. The webchat tells you to write an email and the email auto reply tells you to contact via webchat, but nobody answers anywhere. As far as I am concerned this site is a fraud. I am already looking at how to report them to Hong Kong authorities, where they are based. Stay away from them.

Excellent service and very good technical support, I bought a key Activation was successful, after a while I reinstalled Windows, after which the activation key did not work. When contacting support, the issue was resolved and activation was successful. I totally recommend it

Cheap and sound
Used it twice, got a W10 license that works on W11, and a 2016 Office that I activated with phone method which is a wee tedious but it works just fine, can reccommend
