The past 3 years I purchased as many times from keyesd. The buying experience was always smooth. Only with my last purchase I had some trouble and needed assistance. Which - once I had added my email in the chat :) - I promptly received. Problem solved.

bought a office 2019 lifetime global acrivation phone.
after 6 month, key is now blocked and can't activate office ( in the same system ). no support, nothing to do.
waste of money. avoid this site.

Economical service, quick to send the keys, I bought several keys, in case of problems the support responds after a few hours but solves the problem. I am satisfied

I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus Key with phone activation. Activation was easy, I called Microsoft and a computer generated a key for me. I'm very happy.

Inexpensive keys.
After a couple of months the key stopped working. I contacted the support and they sent me a new one, it's working perfectly eversince. Would recommend

Ordered a MS Office key here. Ended up not working after a year but got a new offered anyway by support!

I purchased a key in 2022 what I tried to use actually in a new PC & my key had a problem for reactivate now.

I contacted by chat with the support of the web keyesd and they gave me a new key what solved this and I could activate again Office 2021 in my new PC without more problems.

They never gave me a response to my request for a refund.

Activation key worked pretty well and the support gave me the guide lines too.

I tried to buy a product. On the website, it said they have it in stock. It was very tedious to go along the payment process. They do not accept PayPal or direct card payments. They use third-party payment services that make you go through hundreds of steps and then you have to wait for your payment to go through. I eventually yielded and used FasterPay. After I placed my order I only received a very blank confirmation. I waited 24 hours and did not receive my product. When I tried to contact them via webchat, I waited 2 hours to receive a reply. They then just out of nowhere cancelled my order and said they did not have it available. Now I have to wait a few business days for my payment to be refunded by FasterPay into my bank account. Will not use this service ever again.

Their customer service is the best. They assisted me promptly.

Bought a key that didnt work, costumer service was quick and swapped my key with a working one. Bought keys from them before without issue.

I've bought a key from keyesd and after typing it in i've received an error stating they key was already in use. After raising the issue i was quickly given a new one and am now a happy camper!
