Thanks SO much to Jo for providing 70 vanilla cupcakes for our RSPB South Wiltshire Local Group’s 40th Anniversary celebration in Salisbury last night. The RSPB logo topper was spot on and it was a great idea to use blue, green and white cases. The cakes were fresh and delicious, and the presentation boxes were very slick (and sustainable). Fantastic job, thank you.

Delivery made before 10am. Ice packs still not melted! Did follow the instructions to warm up the sausage rolls, quiche and scones and leave the sandwiches at room temperature for 1st sitting but I preferred to eat the left overs (loads of food/too much for one sitting ordered for 4 and 3 were eating) straight from the fridge on the next day. Still tasted nice.

There was a variety of sandwiches, scones, quiche and sausage rolls. The chicken one was my favourite. The ham sandwiches, sausage rolls and brownies went down well with kids. The sausage rolls and quiche were lovely too. The scones were nice - lemony taste. The lemon drizzle cake very lemony (nice) and carrot cake did not skimp on the carrot.

The only suggestions I can make would be make the quiche sizes bigger rather than cut into 2 as quite crumbly, scones without fruit for kids (or a kids afternoon tea option) and maybe an option to pick your own teas e.g. not earl grey tea.

Avoid this company.
I ordered an afternoon tea for my sister who is in hospital.
The date on the cream was not valid (22 J ) - I emailed the company to ask for clarification on dates on the cream, twice and have been ignored
AS they were out of date I advised my sister to bin everything to avoid further risk to her.
I would advised you don`t bother with this firm

I ordered afternoon tea for my wife & her friend. Paid £48 pounds! Delivered at 17:35 hours , how is that delivery time afternoon tea?! Really - you would say afternoon tea is around the 15:00hrs.
Not much came for £48! Very poor!
I wouldn’t order again. They didn’t care at all about the late delivery, stating that 20:00hrs would be ok in there eyes. Thank you!!! Lol not! Look else where if I was you, there are lots of companies that do afternoon tea better then Kettle & Crumb who I hope would care about the people who paid them money!

Ordered this for my mums birthday and was delighted with the quality. Packaging is all sustainable too which she loved.

Afternoon Tea for 2 received today for Valentines day. The pastries and cakes were lovely but the sandwiches were very condensed and dry. The most disappointing part were the scones. They were like a cheap pack of 6 scones from Sainsbury. We love an afternoon tea and this was one of the most expensive and disappointing ones we've had.

I ordered the vegetarian afternoon tea for 1 for my parents as a little thank you gift, delivered straight to their door. They were so pleased with it and said everything was absolutely delicious, namely the broccoli and stilton quiche! Mum was particularly impressed with the packing, saying how well it was packaged and kept cool. It all arrived perfectly and exactly when it said it would!Thank you! I would definitely order again.

Absolute pleasure to deal with the team in arranging a lunch for 12 people scattered around the country with various dietary requirements! As lunch organiser I have gained lots of brownie points for a timely and well wrapped and presented lunch, which in fact tastes even better than it looks (i must admit I couldn't resist and dove in as soon as it arrived ... the lemon drizzle is to die for!) definite 5 stars and will be using for future events.
