Great customer service
Orders some of their keto puffs. Communication from start of order to delivery was great. Item arrived packaged well and in time stated.
Will definitely be ordering from them again.

AWFUL customer service
While the bars are OK, the verdict is still out on their value, the delivery service and customer service for this company are both AWFUL! No one ever answers an email or a phone call and my item was delivered to the wrong address. Still waiting for it... After waiting for the delivery three days in a row. Don't order from them!

In response, the customer ordered with the wrong postcode here. We did all we could to track the parcel however it is difficult when two letters at the end of her Postcode were inputted wrong. Despite not being responsible we refunded the complete order... and never located the bars. To the mystery person at the postcode provided... welcome to Keto! :)

Ridiculous wait for delivery due to need to re-stick warehouse - Please accept my apologies for the delay on your recent order. We are waiting on our warehouse team to process the fresh stock which arrived last week from our bakery.
We have been informed this afternoon that delivery will be on 23rd March.
A further 10 days due to re-stocking the warehouse seems an awful long time to take delivery? Really disappointing delay

A fair review Anthony for a few weeks that have been very difficult for us. Supply chains had meant we ran out of fresh stock and were waiting on new product to be made. Adding to this our fulfillment centre that manages the orders struggled to catch up. We are working to make sure this doesn't happen again. Thanks for the review nevertheless.
Really tasty bars
Really tasty bars with a great range of flavours. The big multi-pack is decent value for this kind of product and gives loads of options. I recommend giving them a go.

Don’t hesitate…. Best Keto Bars out there.
Since sitting keto in June 2022 I have tried so many keto bars as I find it helps with sweet cravings, useful to keep in my bag or car and can keep me going till my next meal. I ordered the mixed pack to decide which flavour is my favourite but I can honestly say I have loved every flavour. The lemon and poppy and cherry bakewell are sublime. The texture is light and biscuity not sickly like all the chocolate bars on the market which coat your mouth with artificial sweetener. In my opinion these are the best keto bars so do not hesitate and treat yourself.

Keto is flavoursome & Diabetic Friendly.
Keto has helped me snack & even suppress sweet tooth cravings with their Keto bars. Mainly cherry bakewell BEST FLAVOUR. Plus if you’re a crisp lover like me why not go for Keto puffs with 80g per bag only consisting of about 28g of carb that’s just a 1/3 of what normal crisp packets are then it’s a no brainer.
