If I could give them zero stars I would... this is a scam... I was just looking and put stuff in my cart and all of a sudden stuff was ordered.. it's been well over a month and still no items... I do need the items but after looking at all the reviews... doesn't look like I'll ever receive my items. THat's $65 I'll never see again.
SCAM!!! I ordered flowers, and then my business credit card was used to purchase $1000 in flights and $850 in steak. Thankfully, my credit card company caught one charge and is working with me to remove the others. I wish I would have checked here first. Tracking info routes to a sketchy site.
This company is a SCAM!!
I ordered decorative artificial flowers from keruiteg.com after they advertised fast (5-day) shipping. It has now been over 20 days, and nothing has been delivered.
The tracking number they provided only works on a third-party tracking site and cannot be verified with any real shipping carrier like USPS. Eventually, the tracking was marked “delivered,” but no package was ever received. I checked my building’s mailroom and surrounding areas—there is absolutely no record of delivery.
To make matters worse, the customer service email listed on their website is not even functional—my message bounced back as undeliverable. There is literally no way to contact them.
Everything about this experience points to a fraudulent operation: fake tracking, no delivery, and no customer support. I’m surprised advertised this scam of a website to me! I wish there were a way to report them there.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
