Zero star company. Sneaky company using underhand tactics to avoid paying Customs charges when shipping to the UK.
This company claims to give UK customers free delivery if they purchase over £150 worth of product. What they don't expressly say on their website is that the Customer will be paying the Customs charges which for me was nearly £40. When I approached the company and ask them to reimburse me they replied saying that they apologise and that they were not able to calculate customs charges at their end therefore I would have to incur the liability to pay the Customs Charges.

I ordered July 3rd and still have not received the product. I have emailed at least 3 times and have not gotten a response. They say delivery is 5 to 8 days in the US.

Such a waste of money and useless money back guarantee. Never trust these guys. No results at all and this increased my shredding. I am posting this from my husband's account as they have blocked my email from posting review.

Love their intensive hair growth drops & it is so soothing after a shower! Using along with a few other products and my hair never looked so good right out of the shower. No more frizz and less hair fall.

I ordered products worth $168 and nowhere during the buying process or after was indicated that I will be asked to pay additional customs charges (US to UK shipment). So now the parcel is being held by USPS and I am waiting on further instructions and to find out how much more I'll need to pay.
And this is after I've waited for 8 full weeks already!! International shipment was indicated on their website when placing the order at 2-3 weeks, but it actually took over 7 weeks for the package to leave the US.

I order some supplement and I paid 130£ I wait two weeks and didn’t arrive and they send me paper that I need to pay tax custom and when I send email no one answer I keep sending emails after 3 days someone answer by saying if you don’t want don’t accept the package and we will refund you so I need to wait until come and reject it to go back to us so they can refund me
Very very very bad company and bad customer service

Excellent Product overall & for my hair, after using it a while seeing new baby hair On my head.
