That's such a shame as we would never send you gems that weren't suitable, we'd always get in touch first to have a chat about alternatives if we didn't have what you'd requested. Excellent company to deal with
I ordered some 2mm wax cord, I've ordered various other bits and pieces from here too in the past.
All I can say is it's a great service, the website is very well laid out, so you can find what you need with ease.
I've never had any problems with the company 5* all round.
