Removed my very heavy, cumbersome 3-seater sofa; Kernahans' chap was extremely helpful and courteous (and very strong!) throughout, despite rather awkward access conditions.

Beware, they tried to get me to pay an extra £ 185.00 as the skip was overloaded. We removed the offending items but they still claimed it was over the limit and dumped some of the waste on the drive, Ryanair springs to mind?
From start to finish this company has been excellent. Easy to book in and at a great price. Your call is always answered and your emails responded to. I had to delay the collection service by a couple of days and they did this without any fuss. When it came to the collection date the driver called a couple of times, he was very professional and helpful. Great service all round.
I would give this company 10 stars if allowed. They are brilliant in every way. They answer the phone - immediately. If you have a query online - they phone you to sort it out.
