Ordered a chair 5 days ago, sent an email to ask when they were planning to ship It, no response, sent second email today.

Guess ill have to issue a refund directly with my bank.
Extremely poor customer service and order management.

So far no chair arrived

So far no chair arrived. We still waiting And customer service is really slow. We ordered chair month ago. First they told us its not available and they will let us know. Then i semt email ang got answer chair is on the way month ago. Still nothing so will see. I wish I read trustpilot first🙄

Do not order

I ordered a chair on march 10th and still dont have it.
When I first contacted them one week later why it wasnt shipped yet they said they didnt have it in stock and the next day they would receive it. One week later they said 7 days more.
Now I am trying to contact them but get no response at all

I wish I had read the reviews before I would have never ordered from this store

Stay away from the fraudulent company.

The worst experience with a company - I have placed an order with them on March 17th and their website says that the delivery would be within 5 to 7 days: when I check the status tracker, it shows the order is not even ready yet to be dispatched. Such a deceitful company - I only wish I checked the reviews before making the order:

No reply and No chair

No reply and no chair. I ordered a chair from these guys over 2 weeks ago now and according to the shipping info on their website it has not shipped yet. I have attempted to make contact through various methods to no avail. Starting to think I've been ripped off. This is an unacceptable way for a buisness to operate.

Update. Oddly enough after posting this review I received a response from Kerdom and my order was shipped at the same time. They said they were having warehouse issues. The chair arrived on april 1st well packaged and not damaged in anyway like a lot of reviews said. They also offered me a $25 refund for the inconvenience.

Amazing product with an amazing support team!!!

Amazing product with an amazing support team. I had ordered an office chair from their official website. They were very prompt in notifying and shipping the product, and I received it within 3 days.

The chair quality is premium and feels solid. I have been using it for more than a year now and it works perfect.

Support team is aslo very helpful and prompt in replying to any queries. I had a small issue after almost a year of use while the chair was still under warranty - support team was very helpful and resolved the entire issue within a week.

Highly recommended :)

Not bad but stop the support team ghosing customers

The support told me they would send me a new armrest after the left one they sent was damaged and then stopped responding and then just ghosted me completely, the armrest never to be seen.

update: they were actually having issues in the warehouse and responded eventually, overall not a bad experience and the support was understanding

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time! their product is uncomfortable with hard seats. there's no lumbar support and their service is just terrible. their website states their shipping is 2 to 3 business days.. that's a huge joke.. their shipping is over 3 weeks! terrible product, terrible service, long delivery times... save yourself the trouble! don't waste your time or money!

The chair is well made and easy to assemble.

The chair is well made and relatively easy to assemble. The instructions are straight forward and the video was very helpful. I did not realize that the button along the armrest allowed it to be raised/lowered. Its obvious but not stated in instructions. For my own comfort the headrest is a little too far forward from the back of the chair - it can tilt and go up or down but not forward or back a even a little.

I just hope it's not a scam, I'll update my review later

Edit 24-11 I received my chair yesterday.
I think i was panicking because of their lack of reply and if there's anything they need to change or to improve actually it'll be their customer service. Because they're take way too long to reply.
But, anyways no harm was done and i received the chair so i needed to update my comment and make it more reliable and honest about them.

9-Nov I ordered a chair a week ago and i keep sending them emails to ask them when it will be delivered since they are saying on the website that it takes place within 3 days!!
I've got no reply, no invoice nothing!
And right now I really feel that I'm scammed and unfortunately i didn't see the comments here except now! And I don't know what to do!
I'm a student and I've put all the money that i have in that chair, God knows i have no more for these scams!
I trusted their website, because I've seen them selling on Ikea, and thought that on website it could be a bit cheaper, but boy i should've not bought that s**t or dealt with them!

RUNNNNN!

I ordered a chair two weeks ago, the "package" came to the hub in my state but was recalled by the shipper. I called the customer service number on their website but it went straight to VM every time(626-900-1989). The business address is house which is a huge RED-FLAG, and their email responses is AI generated. Terrible business practices RUNNNN!

9060h chair

I have purchased a 9060h chair for my home-office. The chair is relatively easy and quick to assemble. The comfort is good for tall people. Good chair for non-intensive activity. Very attentive customer service.

Do not trust the reviews

You will get your chair, potentially complete (mine was missing a part for the armchair) but if you want to send it back and get a refund (because for me that was far from being comfortable or ergonomic) then you will have to wait or to put a 5 stars comment on Trustpilot. Do not trust the comment as it is likely to be the result of a bargain (“keep the chair and get reimbursed if you put a 5 stars review”)

Good chair and customer service

When I bought the chair they contacted me, because there was going to be a delay in delivery, they were always friendly and responded to emails, there was no problem, it arrived on time.

The chair is fine, it reclines quite a lot, adjustable armrests, in general it's fine.

As I said the best of all is the customer service a 10.

Good chair and company values

We often limit ourselves to evaluating whether the product is good or not. But one thing that is important for me is to know if the company behind the product is serious and will offer you long term support.

In the case of Kerdom we are dealing with a company that besides making good products and with good quality/price, has a great support that will respond to any problem in a short time.
