Fast and efficient. Kerb handled the crazy humidity and the logistics of my Miami high-rise perfectly. No hidden fees at the end, which was my biggest fear. Solid experience.

Terrible. Don’t care about damage or customers. Would not recommend.

Kerb appeal solutions have just finished my drive, it looks lovely, the workmen who came were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company if you want a resin drive .
Thanks for making this move an easy one. It’s a pleasure working with them.
Amazing service! Shipped my car from NY to Chicago and it came in less than 12 hours with a snowstorm along the route. Very professional staff. They continuously updated me through the drive to Chicago on the status,
I did not have a positive experience with Kerb. I hired them based on my friend's research helping me find cross country movers but unfortunately the information his research was based upon did not reflect the positive reviews Kerb had received. I was charged to have items packed in boxes the size of refrigerators I had previously stored in my cabinets and drawers like pillows, towels and blankets besides other light weight non-fragile items because it was not clearly communicated to me before the movers arrived, it was against their policy. When my furniture and boxes finally arrived, the movers did not wear masks even though we're in the middle of a pandemic, and they placed heavy boxes on top of fragile items so I ended up with broken plates that were in boxes clearly labeled "fragile: glass". I also noticed my items that were already covered in plastic were over wrapped in sticky brown packaging tape that was difficult to remove. One of my rugs was wrapped so tightly that it no longer rolls flat because it's creased in many areas by the tape. Many of my plastic storage containers arrived cracked with missing handles so I can no longer use them and the labels they used cannot be removed. Someone from Kerb called me to check in with me about the move and left a message on my voice mail but then he emailed me that he had spoken with me on the phone and that I communicated to him that the move went well which I never did. When I contacted him, he said he thought I was someone else even though he knew my name in the correspondence. I recently filled out a claims form about the damaged items and I received an email that they have approximately up to 120 days to determine the results of the claim which seems like a very long time for a customer to wait. I hope I will be compensated for the items damaged by Kerb even though it's determined by weight instead of the actual value of the items.
Great customer service! And a great moving experience.
My experience dealing with Kerb was great. We chose them because they handle auto shipping as well. We wanted a company that could do both. At first we thought we HAD to work with two different companies but when we found this business it just was much less of a headache. I have a vintage mustang that was passed down from my grandfather. I didn't want to drive to put a bunch of miles on it so I had Kerb ship it along with everything in my apartment from Sacramento to San Diego. They did a really good job with everything. The rate was bundled together and ended being slightly more affordable in comparison to working with two businesses. Customer service, the movers, the truck driver, everyone was very polite. Vehicle arrived in perfect shape. Moving Truck came just an hour later. Thanks for taking care of this for me.
Kerb was used to ship only extremely fragile stuff that I was uncomfortable handling myself. I thought it would be a wiser choice to have someone with professional experience handle it. Before confirming anything I called and asked if they could handle a move with just fragile items. Without hesitation and lots of confidence in the tone of the voice the gentleman over the phone said their movers have done many movers handling fragile items. They moved 3 vases, 2 chandeliers, dishware and a Glass coffee table for me with nothing chipping or scratching. They gave me a very reasonable rate for it to get to San Francisco and they got it there quickly too.
Awesome service and great people. Got our items and cars in such a rapid and safe manner. Got all our items from California to Tennessee in perfect shape, we will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a long distance move.
Review:- Haven't once dealt with a moving company like this. The quote is usually never the near the real price. They actually came to my place and did whats called an in home estimate so I could get a real price instead of some ball park figure that would likely change. Honest, hard working staff. This was a great new experience and much less stress than normal when doing a big move. Real happy I used my money towards Kerb and not one of other companies in the area I was considering
"
For us Kerb was a wise purchase. They really made our transition to the east coast possible and they also made it nearly stress free. I don't give many companies 5 stars reviews much at all but.... because this was a challenging move and they did such a good job I felt the need to give people some info on this great company. The most stressful part of moving out state for me was just finding the right business.
It takes double the effort to get someone comfortably moved to a new state compared a new area of town. It costs double the price which is why I felt I needed to be much more careful when selected a company to handle our move. Kerb offered competitive rates and most importantly worked within our schedule. We didn't need try and squeeze into a day or time they had available. We knew when wanted to move and they were able to honor.
A few highlights about this business:
- Movers are very outgoing and work hard. No oddballs or kids trying to make extra money. They all were professional hard working guys with experience.
- Rates were transparent. No fine print, gas fees or surprise charges
- They didn't arrive on time... they arrived early. First time I've seen that!
Moving out of state isn't easy but these guys made the best of it and we're thankful we hired them for the job.
Kerb was on time, friendly, with excellent rates. I truly appreciated all their hard work and attention to detail. We have a couple pieces of very large furniture that didn't get scratched or the walls for that matter. There isn't a single criticism I can think of to give them. They had the move under control the whole time. The day after our move I received an e-card thanking ME for my business. Lots of attention to detail from these guys. Really good customer service and hospitality.
Our move was one state away. Seems simple enough right? Not quite. We have a vintage mustang from the 40's that we absolutely love. We needed our vehicle along with everything in our home shipped. Finding a business that can do both and do both well felt nearly impossible. After searching around for a few days my spouse found this company. At first we very skeptical but when we researched more we found a lot of good reviews. We thought it over for a few days and then moved forward with the move. Kerb shipped our old Stang in an enclosed trailer and had the moving truck right behind it. It arrived around the same time, 5 hours after the move began. I can't think of anything that we would want different during this move. They did a really good job.
First time using a moving company. Moved from CA to AZ. Packed most of the household myself. Kerb packed items bigger than a moving box. Maybe 99% of the goods were received undamaged. So no complaints there.
Kerb needs to provide the customer with a one page summary of the estimates. It was confusing to receive multiple itemized estimates. The actual bill was per the agreed estimate.
FYI, budget 10-15 boxes per room. The 10 boxes estimate was not for me. The first estimate was based on 10 boxes/room. So my moving cost was adjusted for the additional boxes. Need a better way to provide an estimate.
Overall, Kerb is a honest company to work with. Kerb provided great customer service. They kept me updated on the move/delivery.

My biggest pet peeve is when you're stuck in waiting around in some big time window that takes up half the day. I've experienced that with movers in the past but not here. The customer service rep said they'll arrive between 10 and 11am. Got a call around 9:40 saying they're be there in 30 mins. Best way to start off a move! They came in, introduced themselves by name and ask if shoes were ok in the house. We have wood floors, so it wasnt' too big of deal. The wrapped furniture and lifted small and medium size boxes with a dolly. They had a system that made the move out fly by. They already had the address to my new place and route planned out. We left at the same time but they beat there. When I arrived the back of the moving truck was open and they were ready to move furniture inside. I labeled just about every box. They put each one in the areas. For the furniture they double checked with me where I wanted it and had no problem lifting up a few things a second so it was set up like a proper living room. Kerb is a solid moving company that don't hesitate to make extra effort. I'd use them again.
Great Movers! Use them again for sure! They were fast, professional, friendly and trustworthy. A piece of glass in a antique cabinet of mine broke during the move and they were very apologetic but more importantly reimbursed for the damage fast. Everyone was was easy going friendly, and hardworking. Great local movers. Glad i found them.
We used Kerb yesterday after they very kindly switched around moving dates because of mistake on my work schedule. Both the movers and customer service were a pleasure to work. They didn't play any games with pricing or tricks to try and get us in the door. Everything was laid out upfront with honesty from the get go. No damage at all, I mentioned to the rep over the phone that we have a newly finished wood floor in our new place. So when we got there with everything the movers slipped on little covers over their feet to make sure no marks or dirt would be tracked inside. They worked around my young children who were running around in excitement for the move. Overall all they were really fast and finished the job earlier than planned. So the quote we got actually ended up less. Can't really argue with that. If for some reason moving becomes part of the agenda again we'll be sure contact them. For now I hope this review and our recommendation works.Thank you!
