Poor results

Don’t buy from here

Placed an order on 3/24 and received confirmation. Then radio silence. I called them yesterday and they said they didn’t have it in stock. So why do you sell something you don’t have in stock? I called my bank to dispute the claim and I sent Keranique a message stating I had contacted my bank. I received a tracking number later the same day. The label was created but no item sent. Never again. Deserves 0 stars

Great Product but HORRIBLE Customer Service

So let me begin by saying that I loved the product itself. So why the 2 stars? Because of the ONE-star customer service. When I mailed in a payment, I asked to cancel my subscription. No cancellation. Then I emailed their customer service line and they said they had "no record of my membership" but to call their customer service line. I did that and the representative tried to upsell me THREE TIMES after I said I just wanted to cancel. All this is very shady. Again, it's a shame because I was actually quite happy with the product initially.

Return the shipment and still was charged for it and they have no record of my return.

Sorry to say, but this product does not work for my hair. Return to it a shipment and they said they never received it and they’ve been charging me. Customer service is not all that great either. I’ve been charged $58 and change twice already after returning the product, they are ripped off people. I’m being generous by giving them a one star

I used these products on my hair with…

I used these products on my hair with disastrous results!!! My hair became sticky and somewhat matted to the point where I could hardly get a brush or comb through it. I continued to use the products 3 more times with the same results so I decided to return the products following the directions included on the invoice. It basically said that if I was dissatisfied to return the products to avoid further payments or for a full refund. When I called customer service, they wanted me to pay the balance of my subscription ($107.14) and there was no offer for a refund. I refused to pay the subscription cost and had argue with him about what the agreement said. But bottom line I still ending up paying for the return shipment which is typically done by the company you've filed a complaint about. This company does not care about the customer at all!!!

No apology or explanation for why they they sent a message (with tracking) saying they had shipped it almost a month ago and yet ups tracking said it was never received by them. The attitude was lousy. Got my money back and will try different product… btw turns out it sells cheaper on Amazon and they. Have better delivery

I recently fell for a Keranique…

I recently fell for a Keranique subscription program. The initial offer came with lots of free stuff and I could cancel anytime within 120 days. Haven’t received the stuff yet BUT they charged my credit card twice, 2 different amounts. I have called and emailed them and they keep insisting I have not been charged twice. I sent them a screenshot of the 2 charges and they still insist their customer service has taken care of it. 3 days later the 2 charges are still there. Of course I immediately cancelled the subscription program. I’m a fighter and I’m going to have to go all Karen on them but IMO this company is a scam

I don't recall ordering Keranique but I…

I don't recall ordering Keranique but I received a shipment in September so I must have done so inadvertently. I paid for the product and cancelled any future shipments/orders at that time. But, I continue to be billed. My credit was billed in

I do not recalled ever ordering Keranique but I must have done so since I received a shipment in August. I paid for that shipment and immediately sent an email cancelling any and all future shipments. I have not receive any additional shipments but my credit card has been billed every month despite my cancelling.

Bought product through their free…

Bought product through their free trial. I cancelled the subscription and sent back the product they continued to charge my credit card and I am now fighting to get the charges reversed. They LIE about free trial and charge you anyway.

Beware
This company is huge fraud!!!!
I ordered this product and there was.nowhere said about subscription Then I canceled requiring subscription and they send me one more order anyway and charged me almost $70, so I paid for it and kept this second order.
Now one month after I paid this $70 now they charging me again $54 supposedly for remaining balance from previous order. This is very fraudulent practice they do to all customers

Made my scalp very itchy and sensitive…

Made my scalp very itchy and sensitive within 5-6 hours after use of all their products. Felt like I had a reaction to the ingredients. Luckily I purchased from a company (HSN) that gave me credit and told me to discard it and not send back.
I wil give it to someone who wants to try it and let them know my experience.
I didn't see a difference after 1 month of use and since I stopped, my scalp doesn't itchy or burn anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible product. I tried using it and it made my hair so dry and frizzy that I called to stop product deliveries. I told them it wasn't working and they attempted to sell me more product. They continued to hold me with letters and bills. I called to rectify and pay balance. They kept adding more on. Then wouldn't allow me to return product. I didn't have patches, but hair just randomly falling out at roots. I was very angry with them when I called again and said do not send me more product in anyway, and again she tried to sell me more. What a scam company.

Totally corrupt company. Want to TRY a product your account will be charged monthly which you then have to call your bank and take TIME to be aggravated to stop these disgusting payments this company takes from your original form of payment. AND NO DIFFERENCE IN HAIR.

Customer's don't matter

The product is good, BUT I will NEVER order directly from the company again. I usually get it from a cosmetic store but they were out so I figured I would just order from the company - thinking the shipping times would be relatively the same. How wrong I was. The shipping took 10 days and when I did get it, the order had all kinds a stuff in the box except the regrowth spray. I called and they apologized and said they would send it out. I also went to the cosmetic stores website and it said shipping in 3 days. I have since received my product from the cosmetic store, and 20 days later, the shipment from keranique is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Bad business all the way around.
