Unresponsive Vendor
Sadly after several requests for replacement or refund of an order I never received there has been no response from this company. I was hoping that they would follow through as they promised but nothing. Very disappointed and they kept my money .

I kept the optional name section blank
I kept the optional name section blank and the name Hunter was on the product when it arrived. I didn’t want it to have a name just the Semi tractor and flatbed. The name option said it was optional so I thought it was going to come blank. I was wrong. The product it self is fantastic and well made but having the name Hunter on the front ruined the gift.

Someone from the company asked me for a review and I indicated I had not received the items I had ordered.
I provided the order number and within a few days the item was delivered to my mailbox.
That is very good customer service. I appreciated that it mattered as to whether I had received my order.

Ornament fine
Ordered on 12-8 and told 6-12 days shipping. It came on day 16.
Packaging was difficult to remove and the ribbon and other hanging items were not useful
