Lovely and wide range of products
I bought this tower fan for my 90 year old mother…
I bought this tower fan for my mother who is 90 years old and was suffering during the heat wave during July. I read the reviews and liked the fact that it was small enough for my mother to carry into different rooms as she uses a stick to walk.
On receiving the tower fan, it looked good quality, with easy to understand instructions giving 3 different options in relation to the strength and speed of the fan , control over its oscillation and timer for adjusting how long it worked if used at bedtime. There was also a small remote for all the options.
However, what I thought were easy instructions on how to operate the fan, was not the case for my 90 year old mother who found it difficult to use. She basically only wanted to push one button to turn a fan on and off.
I therefore contacted the seller and explained the situation, that the tower fan was fine but my 90 year old mother found it too complicated to use. The customer service couldn’t have been any better, they stated they fully understood the issue and agreed to supply a full refund in these circumstances.
Very happy to deal with this company again.
Avoid at all costs, they don't own their mistakes
Ordered through KG-Direct on Amazon which is the same company. 2 days before we were due to travel, the luggage did not arrive on the day of delivery. Called their support number only to be told "there was a fire in the corner of the warehouse where my bags were so they could not fulfil the order". I didn't realise that lugg-online was the same company so tried to order via their site to get next day delivery but it wasn't available as an option. I called to be told that because it was past 13:00 they couldn't, even though the only reason I needed this was because they failed to deliver the original order.
The person on the phone told me I could order the luggage but it would be there the next day - I pointed out that obviously they'd 'had a fire in the warehouse' but she knew nothing about this.
Things go wrong, I accept that, but a proper company does what it can to resolve the situation and owns up to it's mistakes, it does not make up stories and then fail to take accountability.

I am happy that I received my order in the end, however the informations you were giving me were very much unstable. Sometimes you say, it is shipped from you, but may be it is lost on the way, sometimes you say, you will refund me, sometimes you say, I shouldn't email you again, while I very much felt that I lost my order. It was just a little bit like stressful time. I hope you improve your communication system in the future. But, I am happy I got my Item now.

I purchased two garden recliner chairs from this company. Great product but unfortunately too big for our requirements.
The return procedure was extremely speedy and efficient. I would certainly recommend this company. I usually find it fairly difficult to return items (especially large ones) but this company made everything so easy. Friendly and efficient... not always found these days.
If at first you don't succeed, try again!
Slight issue with first order delivery due to fulfilment depot and had to cancel. Second order delivered in good time all be it an issue with the wrong colour being sent. We weren't too fussed but we're offered 15% compensation for our troubles. No damage which is a plus!

Ordered 2 camping chairs 2 weeks before needing them for a holiday a week later no sign apparently lost by evri was offered refund or replace i said i still need them but need them quickly was promised the replacement would be with me in 2 days anyway 3 days later had to order different chairs from amazon as they were not here and tracking hadn't moved again , stay clear waste of time
Excellent customer service
Spent a lot of time researching reclining garden chairs to replace our old ones, and settled on 2x Keplin chairs as they appeared to best suit our requirements. The chairs, once we received them (the original shipment never arrived, as it had been 'lost in transit') are great - they look good, very comfy and exactly what we wanted. Customer service from the team at Keplin was excellent, within 24 hours of contacting them regarding the overdue (missing) items, they resolved the matter promptly. Based on my experience with them, I would definitely recommend them.
Garden reclining chairs
The order was delivered on time, sadly, there was damage to one of the chairs, which appeared to have been done in transit as there was signs of impact damage on the box. I contacted Keplin and they were very helpful and a no quibble replacement was despatched. They arranged for the damaged one to be collected and I was kept informed at all times. Particularly Pranav was most helpful and worthy of a special mention. I thought that their customer service was excellent at all times.

Ordered pet cooling mat. Arrived filthy not able to wash. I would recommend buying from zooplus or other retailers as it will be cheaper will come clean and properly packed. This came as something that was pulled from rubbish bin.
