Unfortunately I am very disappointed…

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with Kenzzi hair removal machine.
Not only it doesn't remove the hair it causes skin erythema ( redness) that in long term causes hyperpigmentation.
I am hoping this review will stop others spend money to buy this as it does not work.
(P.s I have a white skin and dark hair which should be perfect for IPL but all this machine does burns your skin , I am not sure what it does for other skin types)

Hi there, we are sorry that the treatment reacted this way for you, a majority of customers will have little or no reaction to IPL but as you know, our skin is an organ and when subjected to a new treatment will have different reactions and tolerance levels, hence why a small percentage of IPL users may experience slight redness, stinging, and bruising after an IPL treatment. 

The stinging, redness, and bruising should subside within a few days. This is just a way our skin reacts when introduced to something new.

Horrible waste of time and money!

Horrible! Nothing but a scam! I have reached out to their customer service several times. My product was never received and they can't provide an answer. Every time I have reached out they say they will follow up with their shipment team and they never get back.

The first IPL I got was defective and…

The first IPL I got was defective and they sent me a new one which was great until I had to pay customs again. I've emailed numerous times and it takes them so long to reply. I got a reply to read the terms and conditions that I was basically stuck. That's not customer service especially on an item that is $300+

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost! Paid $180 Dec 2020 after seeing this advertised on YouTube. Order took a month to arrive and packed in after 1 use. Weeks later was told a replacement had been sent out. Almost 4mths later no replacement, no refund. They ignore all emails. I've ended up having to go through my bank to get a refund :-(

Terrrible terrible experience

Terrrible terrible experience. I ordered a product WEEKS ago and it has not even shipped. I emailed originally just to ask for shipping updates and didn’t receive any updates, so I emailed again. Still nothing. Now, 3 emails and WEEKS later since writing my emails I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK AT ALL. How can a customer service experience be so awful!!!! I am honestly shocked. They are still sending my lifecycle emails and posting on Instagram so there has to be someone at the company working... why won’t you respond to any emails! I have asked for a refund since my order does not seem it will ever come, and no response. I have never had such a bad experience with any online shop. I am a very patient person and never write bad reviews but Kenzzi is down right bad. Do not trust this company.

I have very light skin and blackish…

I have very light skin and blackish hair. I have done about 8 weekly treatments. I have seen a big difference in my lower leg hair. There are some areas where no hair seems to grow, and what does grow back is slow and sparse. After a week, from a distance I can not even see hair on my legs, I need to look close up. And I am a VERY hairy girl.

My arm pits shave smoother...like the hair is thinner...and the shave looks cleaner. But there is probably still about the same amount of hair.

I have not seen a difference on my bikini area. I got sick of shaving and went back to waxing.

I am also using it on my chin and mustache. According to directions I should be shaving, but I pluck. I believe I'm seeing a reduction in hairs but I'm not 100% sure.

I'm very happy with my lower leg results but would be happier if I could see more facial hair and bikini results.

But this does work and I'm not upset that i spent the money on it.

I would rate this product a zero if I could. Kenzzi is a scam and I wish I had read these reviews before ordering because I NEVER RECEIVED IT. And you only get happy talk emails in return. But what is really disappointing to me is that it was recommended by Angie (Hot & Flashy) who I trusted to recommend only legitimate products. Now I have been ripped off to the tune of $179. What can we do to put these disgusting people out of business?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM!

I ordered their IPL device back in November 2020 and still haven't received it after more than three months. The customer service is unwilling to refund my money although the online tracking clearly states that the parcel was declined by customs and sent back to them.

They delete all the negative comments everywhere and buy influencers on YouTube & Instagram to recommend their products. I assume most of the positive reviews online are fake.

In addition, the company is not based in the U.S. but in New Zealand. The only hope I have is to charge it back through my credit card company.

Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

Burned Skin on lowest setting, Eczema with no return

Did the patch test and got an eczemic reaction told them about it. They said it could not be returned if used. I quoted them back their return policy and they told me to send them more photos after my skin had been treated by my derm and I only had two photos sent dated and time stamped as requested. They are letting their customers down and deleting negative comments on instagram daily. I wrote some and see others daily. They have no accountability. Currently trying to dispute the payment through sezzle and my bank.

I would give a zero for the review but…

I would give a zero for the review but I can't. I ordered the Kenzzi on January 28th and received notice January 29th that my money ($223.00) had been taken and that the product was shipped, but Fed Ex has not received the product yet for shipment and it is now February 9th.
I have contacted Fed Ex and they are still waiting for the package from Kenzzi. I have emailed Kenzzi twice now as of yesterday morning and they have not responded yet. Not impressed at all!!! I will update this if I get a response from them. If there is no update! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!
Update- now they have emailed me a new shipping code with Fed Ex and it is an invalid code. This company is so shady! Do Not Order from them. I have had to contact my bank to try to get my money back!

READ THE REFUND POLICY FIRST

You will have to pay to send it back. Once you place the order they will not cancel your order. They also do not make the return process easy at all. They have a ton of fake reviews to balance out all the negative.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I ordered the Kenzzi IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset and after more than 4 weeks of waiting for it I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. They have stopped responding to my mails and they got my payment weeks ago. I feel cheated and the customer service is just the worst. With a promised delivery time of 2-5 days!!! After 4 weeks I expect my money back or better service from Kenzzi to make sure I get my package ASAP!! Keep away from this website!!!

Never sent item and now want me to pay $75 restocking fee

Ordered Kenzzi and it was never sent out, currently still in conversations with their customer service team regarding a refund given in their T&Cs it states if an order is not sent they provide a refund. However, they are requesting a $75 restocking fee for something which never got sent out.

I have also noticed they remove any negative comments from their social media.

All reviews on YouTube seem to be sponsored so no genuine comments.

My boyfriend bought for me for Christmas and I highly regret this decision.

I have only used the Kenzzi twice

I have only used the Kenzzi twice. The first time it was fine the second time (on the exact same setting - the highest, as this is what’s recommended) it has burnt me. I have marks on my legs and arms as well as my stomach.
I would not recommend this product as a result.
I have taken pictures and sent them to Kenzzi to request a refund but their customer service is terrible and I don’t hold much hope.

My fave purchase this year!

Honestly, I was so sceptical but I really hate shaving and waxing and this little thing is actually so helpful. Both me and and my sister have one (got one for her bday). I use it for my underarms and legs and only have to shave about once every 3 weeks. I saw my results personally within 2 treatments. My sister saw hers within 3-4 which is the normal period of time. I would seriously recommend this product. I never write reviews but I am genuinely impressed!!
