We bought a house from Andre in 2021 and were amazed when we first viewed!! However on receiving the keys we were sorely disappointed!! Front path was crumbing away as resin not fitted correctly. Sockets in various rooms not working….turns out the wires were not attached to anything but more importantly there was no earth wire fitted!! Plaster board ceiling not attached to joists, back door didn’t lock properly, 6ft fencing on 4ft posts all snapped and 3 weeks after we received the keys a bunch of 3 front door keys where put through the letter box! Recently we have had to have electricians out again and the entire house has had to be rewired due to their rewire they completed having used the wrong size cables, wires everywhere, randoms earthing not attached and light fittings that were not fire rated!! Two independent electricians both advised they were shocked the house hadn’t gone up in smoke!!

I sincerely hope Kent Smart Homes are no longer in business for the safety of others…however if they are I would advise you look elsewhere for someone to complete your handy work…I can certainly recommend a number of tradesmen that have had to fix their shoddy work!!

We had our kitchen refitted & will definitely be recommending them as it was done to such a high standard, we are so impressed. An extremely professional company & staff.
