It started with Bianca visiting our…
It started with Bianca visiting our house as we were moving from Adelaide to Gold Coast. We were given a fantastic demo of how Kent team would take care of our belongings and the smooth way the move would be but it all turned out to be horrible experience at the other end. The stuff was dropped in Gold Coast and the Bed was not correctly assembled, Dressing table left as it is, screws missing from few desks etc. The worst part of the process is that I have been chasing Bianca and there has been no follow up since last 2 days. I was assured by someone in Gold Coast that the boxes shall be picked up and bed/ dressing fixed but no one turned up. I sent emails and have been chasing them. Absolutely pathetic service. They are too good at the time of sales but the after sales is horrible and they dont care. I would never recommend Kent to anyone. Be sure that you do not pay them in Full otherwise you have to chase them if things go wrong. I am sure they wont bother about my review. Never KENT REMOVALS- HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT

The whole experience has been excellent. Would not hesitate in recommending Kent Removals. The Guys that came to collect all our goods were so professionally, respectful and caring. Which we appreciated so much.
We still have our goods in storage in Tasmania I only hope the Taswegians are as good as the guys here on the Sunshine Coast. Tama was excellent as well very thorough and great advice.

Mixed experience
Kathryn was excellent - helpful, polite and positive. The removalist men were okay - the younger guy was excellent, the older one was a little less than enthusiastic - but they did the job effectively with no damage. The email connections with the Kent team was very poor - no responses to m questions and it did cause an issue with the inventory.

Fantastic service and friendly staff from our visit to the office to Isabella who came and quoted and to Garry and Roonie who safely relocated our goods to our new home. Moving can be extremely stressful and many thanks to the team for a seamless and easy relocation.

Moving experience with Kent
The experience was relatively stress free, initial phone contact answered all my questions, Toben was extremely helpful & kind & the removal crew were very efficient , outstanding & respectful of my belongings. The only negative feedback is that a crate ordered for a precious statue was left off the truck.
