Kent Express Dental Supplies is decent overall. The website is easy to use, and prices often come out cheaper than competitors. Service representatives like Emily and Arjun are helpful, though there have been issues with packaging quality and expiry dates on certain products. Delivery is prompt, but customer service could be more accommodating for product concerns.

Excellent service by Jo
I would like to express my gratitude to Johanna Botton at Kent Express. Jo is my go to person for all supplier questions and gives me the most competitive price. She puts me in touch with reps when needed and keeps me updated of any offers. That being said, what sets Jo aside from other suppliers is her willingness to help, her proactiveness and product knowledge. I would highly recommend her to all dental practices.
