The chap that came to deep clean the washing machine couldn’t have been nicer or more determined to get the job done properly. When I wasn’t quite happy with the results from the first clean visit he came back without hesitation and spend nearly a full day at the house, running washing cycles, to ensure the washing machine was not leaving any more marks on our clothing. He was professional and courteous and the washing machine looks and works like new! Thank you!
I would give the chap 5 stars but have only done 4 as it did take two visits to clean the machine, which I think could have been done in one potentially.

Professional and friendly service. I’m very particular and there were no issues or bad feeling when I requested cleaner to come back to resolve a few very minor things! Felt genuine desire from cleaner to make the clean absolutely perfect and for me to be 100% happy with work! Appreciate the decent work ethic and politeness, thank you 😊

Martin did a great job, on time, worked non stop and made a huge impact on a first clean.

The job was done to a satisfactory level, but Im questioning the decency and honesty here. Initially we agreed to 4h cleaning, the cleaning was done under 3h and I still ended up paying for 4h despite his frequent breaks and 30 min absence to pick up a parcel. I dont think I would rehire again based on this. For me it isnt decent and fair. Also, it was discussed that there were some ornaments from my garden that needed clearing but it was never mentioned that that would cost £5 each. So for me it’s a bit of a scam. I would avoid from now on and would recommend the same for others!

Adding to the comment: yes, I did pay you the full amount, you said £25/h in your survey for 4h, thats what you got, despite also being late with 40min, starting at 12:40pm, then picking up your personal belongings and being gone for 30 min and then, finishing at 3pm(that was when I told you that no more cleaning is required), yet you still insisted payment for 4h. In reality the whole job took around 2h, not 4h.
Water supply: I literally gave you ton loads of buckets with water, so your complaint is not valid for not having a water supply, not having a hose does not mean there isn't a water supply. Finally the ornaments were indeed in the initial discussion because I have CLEARLY stated in my ad that those need to be removed (you may revisit on MyBuilder). Please check before making false judgements. All told, I paid you for 4h for a job that was done under for 2h. All the best !
