Kensington Tours made travel easy, enjoyable and stress free! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Sigga, who took fantastic care of us! No stress of a car rental or partner arguing about which way to go! If I were traveling on my own, I would not have known about the weather warnings and road and event closures, which were taken care of seamlessly by the staff at Kensington. Due to weather, our schedule was rearranged, yet we still were able to experience everything we had hoped for. The accommodations were beautiful, some with views, and all in central areas, making it easy to get around town or they were accessible to activities and hikes. The booking process was easy with communication as often as I needed. When I asked for what to do or what to see or where to go, I was given options! Our time in Iceland was magical! We were able to see and experience breathtaking waterfalls, the northern lights, volcanic remains, lakes, hot springs, the blue lagoon and more! We were able to sit back, relax, and enjoy our WHOLE TRIP! All of the staff in Iceland were knowledgeable, caring, professional and personable. GREAT JOB KENSINGTON!

I received the trip with locations I was interested in. The private drivers were amazing. One of the most memorable things was being put in contact with a tour guide who was able to take me to the exact location where my material mother’s family live and immigrated from to the United States. My heart is full.
Things that I found to not be satisfactory were the tours booked in certain cities and the “5” start hotels in two locations. One tour being a winery. The second one being a museum in Corleone and the lunch it included. The food at lunch was amazing but the entire day was underwhelming. I did not appreciate being booked at properties in the city center with tremendous noise from traffic and the only view from the window was of dilapidated surroundings buildings that made it impossible to sleep at night. More should have been done to re arrange the schedule to avoid these properties and put us in locations where the true five start properties were open. We lost three hours on a chartered yacht because the drivers had no knowledge of the marina in Naples and we spent three hours driving through crowded streets on Palm Sunday trying to find the correct entrance to the marina. Once on board the yacht the chief was not prepared for our preferred choices of food and the way we had requested it be prepared. After spending almost three hours going over food choices before the trip this was very disappointing to say the least. Conversations took place daily about the menu and that seemed unnecessary given the provided paperwork. The yacht captain always made us feel safe and the gentleman that took in to town along the Amalfi coast was amazing. The stewardess on board the yacht spoke very little English and would forget simply things like a cup of coffee and napkins at meal time. The yacht was beautiful but it was showing wear in the staterooms. The bath products were not as pictured in the information sent over by Kennsington yacht’s. The bath products were basic and not at all what was expected due to the photos when the yacht was booked for five days. The trip started out amazing with true five start hotels in two locations. The next two properties left me quite angry with no other options available. In total this was a seventeen day trip that had highs and lows. The lows were not expected or appreciated at this price point.

Kensington was always there to back us up, to guide us, to support us us, and to be flexible when need be. They were there to accomodate every hick up and even after the fact. That is rare. Kensington is rare. Once you have the big K you will never go elsewhere.

Our visit to Bran Dracula's Castle in Transylvania, Romania was incredible! Kensington carefully planned out our flights and worked with us to make the itinerary of our dreams! Our Romanian guide, Mircea, was amazing! Mircea really made our trip special. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, safe and enjoyed our visit. Mircea also taught us so very much about the culture, local cuisine, history and legends of Transylvania. We enjoyed this travel experience of a lifetime!

This was my first experience with Kensington and I will definitely use them again. We booked a "last minute" 8 day trip to Scotland for me and my 14 year old daughter. Roisin did an amazing job curating the trip to meet our activity level, interests, and specific requirements to visit universities there. Having someone else plan the trip made it so much more enjoyable and stress free knowing that Kensington has experience with the area and tours. Our private tour to St. Andrews was AMAZING and they also gave dining recommendations and things to do on our own. Roisin did a great job managing cost by spending on the experiences that really needed more attention and saving where it was not needed. Highly recommend.

A most enjoyable trip to Sicily. Our drivers and guides were always punctual, professional and knowledgeable. We loved the ability to customize each experience to our interests. Hotels were comfortable and well-located.

Kensington were thorough in planning and knowledgeable, with great connections to our destination which was well coordinated.
I would not hesitate to choose Kensington again for my next big adventure, which Kensington made into a relaxing experience.

This would be zero stars if it were allowed. I had to cancel my trip 15 days in advance due to contracting pneumonia. I was told that there may be some cancellation fees since I was within 30 days. Once they canceled my trip, they informed me that they were unable to refund any money. They could only offer a credit for future travel for roughly 40% of the travel. The next day I asked them to reinstate the trip so that my daughter could travel instead and they refused since "it had already been canceled". I also received my first offer of trip insurance the day that they confirmed cancelation - far too late to be useful. I am out 100% of my expenses - why would I ever use them for the travel credit that they could easily and rightfully have refunded me - and would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

The team was excellent in helping to plan our trip and followed through on all the details so the trip was smooth and enjoyable. They were prompt in addressing all our questions and suggestions. The detailed itinerary on our arrival was most valuable as we navigated our trip.

An experience of a lefetime for my granddaughter and daughter-in-law.

Enjoyed working with Arjun! He was very flexible with our many requests over 3 countries. He was also helpful with organizing tours, changing the timing of pickups to the airports and allow my 85 year old mother more time to get through security.

Everything was extremely organized, professional and punctual. Local guides were excellent. Travel support was great when I needed to make a change while already on location. I will travel with Kensington again and highly recommend it
