I ordered a dress from this company months ago. I never received the dress. I emailed them back and forth back and forth. They told me it was because of covid. I didn't received my dress. And they will not give me a refund. This company is a total scam

We ordered 4 products in January 2020. Delivery was promised in 2 shipments with both 2 products. In May 2020, we received one product whose size was incorrect and did not match the description.
Paypal did not refund anything because kensilk announced that the products were handed over to the customer.
I asked when, where and to whom, but the answer was that handed over to the recipient.

Scam. I was charged for my purchase. Waited... waited... emailed them, super nice reply... waited... waited. No refund. No skirt. This was back in January that I ordered this. Now it’s October and no resolve.

Charged my credit card multiple times for the one order, luckily my bank blocked it and cancelled my card. Couldn't find details to contact anyone at this dodgy company, never responded to my numerous emails.

Only bother buying from them if you have a ton of money you don't mind losing and are bored on Covid lockdown and have exhausted the back catalogue of Netflix anime porn.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Saw an ad on Facebook last autumn for link to their site and saw lots of gorgeous unusual items, plus free shipping and discounts for spending x amount. All looks too good to be true so it probably is...

...of course it is. About a third of my order turned up within 3 weeks. Bar one item which was sort of ok, the rest was horrible, absolute grot. Sized way too small, cheap nasty fabric and best of all the parcel smelled like a rotting fish. Parcelled it back up with a view to returning it and requested a refund for the rest which thankfully they hadn’t dispatched yet. That at least came through after numerous evasive emails on their part.

But I still wanted my money back for the stinky fish grot clothes. Could I find a returns address, policy etc etc on their website? Of course not. More emails ensued, the one about giving me a discount so I could treat myself to even more too tight clothes that would make me smell like a decomposing haddock was politely turned down. Just give me your return address and a refund I pleaded, I was £80 down and not happy. Managed to find an address on their site no thanks to any members of their staff who were good at answering emails and suggesting I refer to their returns policy for details which when I found it, instructed me to email their customer services for more details. It was getting like one of those Max Esher staircases to infinity... So I spent £20 on a tracked parcel delivery so they couldn’t pull the ‘item never arrived’ move which of course they would. So now £100 down but closer to that refund, right? That was January.

It’s now August and my parcel has been all the way to China, lay around in some sorting office for a few months before coming back to me, still redolent with the smell of dead fish. I give up, which is precisely what they want. Don’t anyone give them the satisfaction of buying anything from them ever again. Swap a cow for magic beans even if you must but never considering buying from this bunch of scammers.

I ordered for 73.65 US and never received my order. After 1 years of waiting I don't think I will ever have it.

I wish I'd seen this reviews before ordering. I spent $300US on clothes form this website. They were terrible quality and took 3 months to arrive. It cost me $70 to send them back in February. A Kensilk employee said I would get my refund on return. Now they have gone quiet. Total scam.

Ordered 3items in January, only 2 arrived in Feb, one went in the bin as it wasn't even good enough for the charity shop. Don't think third item will come now as they are not answering my .emails. I can't afford to loose money as my pension is small. They are thieves😡

They are a big big thief. I had order 3 items, once they arrived they were anything but what I had seen on the website. I asked for a return , and still they didn't answer. They are too fraudulent. Don't worry for god sake!

Zero stars. Turn this company in to the federal trade commission. Items are cheap nylon, not at all what appears in their marketing—if they arrive at all. I’ve waited three months for skirts to arrive. Customer service keeps promising 10-15 days.

Ordered a dress. After nearly 3 months had to cancel the order as it hadn't even been shipped. Shockingly bad service.

Don't waste your money. I only received half of my order and the quality was very uneven. The material feels like felt backed with construction paper-it's icky.

No responses to my inquiries aside from robot replies. No refund for the parts of my order not received.

When something seems to good to be true, it usually isn't. I should have remembered that when I placed this order.

This company is a total scam. I ordered items more than 2 months ago and they still have not arrive. They keep telling me they do not when they can ships the items. They had no problem charging my credit card but so many issues delivering the products. DO NOT buy from this company!

Only shipped half my order. Promised to refund my money, but never did. Sent me through hell with PayPal. Would only give me a refund if I shipped back what they did send me - the cost of which was more than my original order.

Also, the items are poor imitations of what you see on their site. Terrible quality. Scammers. Avoid.

Would give zero if I could. Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I have paid them 30 odd pounds and received nothing. Have emailed numerous times and again nothing. Do not order from them.

Only giving one star as it won’t let you leave none! After six weeks, no confirmation email but thankfully as soon as I involved PayPal they issued an instant refund. Do not touch this company!

They suck! Terrible quality products that don't look anything like the photos, or don't arrive at all. And then they don't want to refund your money. It's a sham!

Most of the clothes that arrived were poor quality. Not the way they looked in the pics. Except the socks, which are good. The customer service is awful, and I'm currently fighting with them - after having spent money returning them to China, they now say they haven't arrived. Don't buy from them

Finally I received my knitted product. It was not knitted, but printed. It’s in the bin now. Not interrested in spending more money on this company. This is a scam. Keep away.

The star rating wont allow me to put a no star.very disappointed with this dress colour was not the shade described tried sending it back but too much hassle they admitted to save the castle offered me 25% off ,will never buy again
