Rude way of communicating
unfortunately, I stopped visiting the clinic in Marsmanplein a long time ago, when they started changing every time my braces plans + a rude way of talking. It is a long old so better to not get into details. So I had to search for another orthodontist I am very satisfied with his plans ( The same plan Kennemerland choose at the start of the treatment) but they change it to a plan that cost 4000 euros than 8000 euros at the end choose a plan which costs more 10.000 euros after so many many unnecessary appointments at the end my braces checks was stopped totally because they asked me to finish all the implants first.
On October 18 2022, I went for another service which is one implant intake. The clinic is close to home so I decided to do it at Tandartspraktijkkennemerland Marsmanplein. Hoping that the client service improved. But unfortunately, The Dental Implant Doctor was so rude the conversation with her was so uncomfortable + it was obvious that she was annoyed I went to another clinic for my braces + they started immediately with a very expensive x-ray. I even explained that I need to speak to the doctor first. But to be honest, being in that clinic just gets on your nerve, and disrespect you and you receive bills. It is a pity, to stop visiting it however it's the closest to home.
