I took my cockapoo Dexter for a full groom today. I have to say this is the best groom, Dexter as had. He looks amazing. Lovely friendly staff also.

There was an issue with our delivery that was fixed within minutes of reporting it, with the right product arriving the next day. Fantastic customer service from Clare who called me straight away, and looks like a free toy was chucked in too! Will definitely use again, thank you.

Excellent store !! We have been using them for a number of years now . Always helpful nothing is too much trouble. They call me and keep me informed on my order if it's going to be late or if it's ready cant fault them . We use walsall wood branch and the staff are great !!! 5 stars for them

I thought I had bought wheat from this company several months ago but when I had cause to open it I had ostrich feed. The bag has no description of it's contents except for the sewn in label. When I contacted the store I was offered no replacement due to how long ago the purchase was. To me this is not a good service as it's their mistake for supplying the wrong product. I have had no reply from their head office having sent several emails. Won't give them my custom again especially since I've located an alternative supplier of feed at a considerable cost saving.

Wow it seems this company is selling stock they don't have, been weeks and weeks since I order a product. No contact number never respond to email. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs now going through PayPal to get a refund

Wrong item arrived, no respond so far to email and no number I can phone. Pretty annoying. Also when I signed up to the website they promised 10% off but then never sent the code - so now I can have spam but no discount!

Edit: a week later and still no response. Massive 👎

These pet stores care about their customers and pets I give them full 100% customer statisfaction and they go out of their way to ensure they will order and deliver or you collect from your chosen store I shop at Kennelgate Bletchley Milton Keynes Management and Staff amazing and a very friendly welcome when you shop .
