SCAM! I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. I purchased 2 items over a month ago and have yet to receive them. I reached out to customer service several times, both via phone and email and NO response. I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel the charges today.

Excellent product. It brings relief with every use. Very relaxing and easy to use! Great customer service and follow-up as well.

It's much cheaper on Amazon. Kenko Back is a scam. Save you money and you can buy similar items from Amazon.

I ordered 2 items from Kenko Back online via their Instagram ad. A month later, items have not been delivered. Tried to contact customer service (only way is by email), and no response at all. From the other 1-star reviews I’ve read here, Kenko Back is definitely a SCAM. I have contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge.

Don’t order from this company. I am in the same return mess that many of the real reviewers have reported. Their shipping takes a long time and you get a piece of garbage in a box with zero information. No invoice, no instructions. Nothing. Don’t do it!

I had the same experience as another reviewer re: trying to return the product. It took no fewer than six emails to get info on how to return the cheap piece of plastic that caused more pain than I had before. The company promotes its 60-day money back guarantee and then makes it nearly impossible to get your money back. Then, they don’t reimburse you in full…they keep the tax and shipping, and then you have to pay shipping costs to return it. Horrible customer service.

Just want anyone with neck pain, with the inability to turn your head and any help basically NOT offered by one’s general doctor to think about investing in this little machine that CAN. I’ve had this crazy heat/acupuncture, up/down machine for merely a week and although progress is slow…..I am definitely improving. In short, it does its job. And I can’t thank them enough for their brilliance.

Here you see a clear example of possible bot driven reviews. There are only 1's and 5's. The 1's are most likely real people, who did not get what was promised and the 5's are possible bot reviews. Look at the text in the 5's. This is just too amazing. Please also note the name of the reference practisioner "Dr. Story Quote" ??? 100 a bot generated name....

This company is a scam. They do not ship you the product - they create a fake label and you'll get a fake product. They do not respond to emails for refunds - contact your credit card company directly and get them cancelled and ensure they do not get paid. I will be reporting them to BBB as well. DO NOT FALL FOR THE INSTAGRAM ADS.

Latest update: Got my order. It was a lump of plastic with no certifiction on it. No user guide followed. But I got an e-mail though. I guess I wasted my money.

Got an e-mail that my order has been shipped several days ago. When I track my package it shows that there is no order! Haven't heard from them since. They have withdrawn the money from my bank, but there is no product.

I have had ongoing neck pain for years. Just niggley, but nevertheless bothersome. I tried changing my pillow a few times with little success. So I decided to try the Neck Cloud ( 3months ago). It was a lovely way to start the day - like a meditation. My neck issues disappeared and have not returned. However my sleep continued to be restless so I decided to buy a Snooze Right - Orthopedic Pillow. It was perfect. Immediately I stopped being restless and night and slept better. It is soft but firm at the same time. It never needs adjusting. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I’m loving the product so far, I use the Kendo back daily and it’s has been helping with my neck discomfort. Plus, the other product that I had purchase, which has been helping w/ my lower back pain. Thanks

I was becoming self conscious of the "hump" starting on the back of my neck and thought I was just going to have to live with it. After only a few short weeks of using my product, my neck and back pain is gone and the "hump" created from looking down at my phone so much is practically gone. I am so grateful i found this product and no longer have to be in pain or self conscious.

I can’t tell you how good this is!! I had decompression surgery a few years ago and, due to my driving job, I’ve had to accept that pain was part of my life.
Since using Kenko back that has all changed.
One of the main problems I had was I couldn’t stand for anymore than 10 minutes without the pain becoming unbearable and last week (after 10 weeks using Kenko) I stood up for a whole football games in a pub. C’MON the LIONESSES!!

My partner was in a really bad car accident earlier in the year which resulted in a broken back. He has pins and plates along his spine & it broke my heart to watch him wake each morning in really bad pain. I bought the patches liking that they were all natural, and thought I'd give them a go. Nothing to lose right? I can't say that he's pain free - I don't think that's ever going to happen - but those patches have gone a long way in reducing the pain. He wakes in the morning about a thousand times less stiff than previous, and I can tell that they have made a big difference to both his well-being and mental state. Love the product.

This is an 100% honest review. If you are suffering from a horrible chronic neck pain, just purchase this neck cloud from Kenko Back and give it a try. I have been using this one for about 2 months (3-10 minutes a day) and it's been a miraculous game changer/life saver.

I have been suffering from a neck pain with frequently recurring headaches for years. My go-to strategies to manage the pain were exercise, stretching, and massages. These were great, but they mostly had temporary effects. I am so glad that I purchased my neck cloud. I haven't gone to my massage therapist (120 dollars per session) in the past two months because I finally don't feel the need to. It's amazing and I am so grateful for the team who has done amazing research and made this product.

I purchased the Nero Socks & feel they've helped me significantly with issues I've been having with my legs! I have restless leg & at night both legs have fluttering twitches constantly. I've had this problem for at least 8 months, every night. The first night I write the Neuro Socks - no flutters! I'm so thankful!

I am so thankful to Kenko Back for educating me regarding the cause of my back problems and providing great solutions. My posture awareness and practice has been greatly improved by using their specially contoured pillow and other products.

The products are a nice safe way to stretch!
