The bras I received were poorly made and didn’t fit. There are no returns except for defective merchandise so I’m stuck with 2 unwearable bras.

Terrible. Not good for large breasted women, cheap, no return policy. Do not buy !

I never received my order. They promptly took my money and gave me the run around every time it tried to contact them. I ordered it in December and still nothing. What a scam.

Should have known better. So mad at myself for ordering these bras I saw an ad on social media for. I thought they were going to be as advertised. But they have ZERO support including their customer service. They will not respond to my emails.

Advertising very misleading. Definitely not for large breasts. Minus one star for this bra. Does NOT support. Rolls up at bottom; hard to clap at sides if you have any breasts at all! Terrible!!!!

They do not fit even when you buy the recommended size. They are cheaply made. The cushion in the cup wads up in a mess. One of the cushions looks like a rat has chewed the threads. Worst mistake I've ever made with a bra purchase.

SCAM! Ordered 2 bras in appropriate size. Took 21 business days to get here. Cheap, see thru, sewn off center, would not hold side clasp together. Due to no manufacture damage. No refund. No matter what. You must pay return shipping if damaged in shipping and then will only replace. SCAM!!!!!!!

The worst company and poorly made products on the planet. Dont buy from them!!! I ordered the crossover bras...they are flimsy, like underwear material, no support, it looks like they cut the cups out of packing foam. And you can't get your money back for any reason other than if THEY think there is a defect. The entire product is a defect. Buyer beware this is the worst experience ordering online ever!!!!

Would give no stars if possible. Awful material. Way too small, despite using their explicit measuring and size chart info to order. Can‘t return. Scam!

Don’t buy!! Wish I would have read the reviews! Bra doesn’t fit at all, apparently made for women with very small breasts who might be able to get these hooked. Very disappointed. Thought I might actually be free of underwires as advertised! And no returns? Since when is that ok?

These are the worst bras I have ever purchased. The shame of it is that they will not offer me a refund. I did not keep the mailing package. It was very small and I tore it to get the two bras out. As normal, with any plastic packaging, I threw it out. They required me to have that! The fabric is cheap and really has no give. They do not offer any support! Shame on them!

It took a month to receive the bras. I cannot return them because the system does not recognize the order number, my hands are tied. What a scam. The sizes are not what is advertised. I am so disappointed.
I should have read the reviews first. I am going to throw them away. They are horrible quality.

Less than 1 star is the rating! I was very disappointed in the product I received! The quality was extremely poor and not at all what I expected. The bra did not provide support. I ended up cutting the side hooking lace off as it was of no use! I have found less expensive but better bras at Big Lots! I ordered 4; butchered 2 to get them to fit, and threw the other 2 away because not worth my time or money to return them. 😑

I received my 2 ordered bras today. They are made terribly with no support whatsoever. Claims and reviews on their website is totally "made-up" I am very dissapointed. Unless they sent you the wrong size that you ordered, then you won't be able to get a return label or refund. I wrote an email to the company and included proof of purchase and while they require a picture of the item, there is NO WAY to attach a picture. Go Figure

Size chart is inaccurate. Jumped through many hoops to get refund and return. No luck! Customer service is thru another web site. They want to replace the bras with a correct size. No access to size chart. Will take loss and dispose of

Don’t waste your money. Customer service is extremely poor. Bras are “ok,” but certainly not worth even the paltry $10-$20 when purchased. Fit, quality, comfort, all poor. Size isn’t indicated on the bra, only the packaging. If these bras were designed by a 70 year old grandma as the advertising states, she needs to retire.

Go online to Secrets In Lace and experience great customer service, and incredibly beautiful, comfortable, and well made bras. You’ll pay more, and get great quality.

Don’t waste your money on Kendally.

Horrible product. Don’t waste your money. Can’t find out where to return them.
