Poor Post-Sale Support & Defective Coil
I bought a metal detector from Kellyco in Dec 2024. Later, my account showed no order history—like I never purchased anything—so I can’t even leave a product review on their site. They also sent me an Xtreme Hunter coil with a dead battery. Because I waited too long to return it, I had to work directly with the factory for a replacement. The purchase process was fine, but post-sale support and record-keeping have been disappointing. Customers should expect long-term access to order info and better handling of defective products.
