It have been over a half year and i haven't got my order yet. Can't get in touch with them either...
And I can't find the website now.

I ordered BTS products from this website in July 2025, nothing delivered. Emailed them directly a few times and tried to contact them through Shopify, nothing. Down 107€. Scam website everyone!! Disappointed

The audacity of this website. They are now relaunching their website, you guys who already ordered items can check their website. And im stills getting promo emails from them even tho i haven’t received my order since October.

Placed an order in July and never received it. No answer to any emails. This is a total scam company.

I ordered a BTS product on October , but it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been sending inquiry emails every single week, yet I haven’t received any response, nor have there been any updates. This is definitely a SCAM !

I ordered june 30th been trying to contact them and still nothing. I thought it was legit because i was on Instagram and the page had a lot of followers obviously those followers are bots.

I ordered an Army bomb and a jhope squirrel. They sent the squirrel and sent a cheap arse bracelet that a child can make. 3 times I tried to email them and nothing. They took my £46 and I am left without the army bomb. Its is another cheap Chinese fake scam website.
All BTS ARMY NEED TO REPORT THIS AND GET YHE INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTS TAKEN DOWN.
BTS themselves woukd be so upset that their fans are being ripped off. My bank today reversed the charges so now I need to call them to explain that its a fraudulent website ripping thousands of fans off.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered it almost three weeks ago and I never got a confirmation email. I emailed them 5 times and no response. Do not order from here. I feel so stupid falling for this. Next time I will research a website. That is $47 gone. I sobbed for a hour because I was so excited to get the Army bomb.😭😭😭😭😭 0/0 stars!

I placed an order on October 17, but I haven’t received any updates since then. I’ve sent several emails asking for information, but haven’t received any reply. Unfortunately, it was for my kid, who wanted a BTS item that she found through a link on Instagram — so I thought it was legit. Now I believe it might be a scam. Sadly, I didn’t check Trustpilot beforehand; otherwise, I would never have taken the risk. I’ll wait a couple more days for any sign of life, after which I’ll try to get my money back.

If a zero rating was possible, I'd give them that. SCAM! Placed my order on 15 September 2025. When tracking it, it has remained at "Order Placed". Emails are ignored. The owner of the Instagram Account that promotes this business and advertises their sales won't help. They had the audacity to say it's a P-R-O-M-O-T-I-O-N. Exactly like this. And they're still advertising.

Total scam! Took my money and disappeared 😭 I wrote emails, filled claim form through shopify... Nothing! Apparently Shopify cannot do anything as well, so no refund as well. Avoid KEKE KOOKIE at all cost! They work through Instagram account kim.taehyung.47 as well, disguised as V (Kim Taehyung from BTS) promoting links to their scam e-shop and robbing people.

Made my Order sept 3, 2025. Still didnt get anything. And no answers to my E-Mails!

I ordered an item for$35 in the beginning of August. The status is still listed as "have not been shipped". I have sent emails on both the site and on Gmail and there has been no response. There is no number available and the site states that there is chat but there is not. I do not trust this site and feel that I should just kiss my item and money goodbye.

Absolutely awful and clearly a scam website!!!! I ordered a BTS Army bomb light stick which I got an email confirming my order on September 1st. A month later it still hasn't arrived and no shipping details. I have tried contacting them twice but have yet to receive any response. I have had to make a claim with my bank for a chargeback!!!
Update: They have had the audacity to challenge my bank's claim for a chargeback unlucky for them I have kept all the evidence and sent it to my bank as proof

PLACED AN ORDER CONFIRMED 1404 AND PAID BUT NEVER RECEIVED BTS ARMY BOMB. NOBODY ANSWERS MY E-MAILS NO EXPLANATIONS. GUALBERTA DOLENTE

They never sent the order. Totally ignored all my messages asking for an update and no refund.

This website is a SCAM. Any positive reviews you see are fake.

It has been a month since I've received any shipping updates. I emailed AND sent messages on their IG several times, which by the way, has 5 million followers. They NEVER responded back.

I filed a claim with my CC but their IG account needs to get SHUT DOWN. Please report them as fraud/scam.

Scammed.
My order #1382 was placed 21 June 2025 and even received a confirmation email. I never received my order.
