Excellent hospitality experience at BST Hyde Park. Having experienced the service from Keith Prowse before at Wimbledon I knew we would be in for a great day and they did not disappoint. The booking and organisation and pre event information from our account manager Beatrice was outstanding, no query was too much trouble. The staff at the event were wonderful, excellent service, friendly, genuine and authentic. The food and drinks available were excellent. A really great to remember - thank you, I'll look forward to our next event!

1st time attending Wimbledon and what an experience to do it with the hospitality from Keith Prowse. From the moment I got in touch with Ross Deamer, the booking process, information provided and ease to book and receive tickets has been second to none. We didnt know what to expect, but once we arrived at The Lawn, it was exceptional. The Staff made us feel so welcome, very friendly and most helpful. The fact they noted my wifes birthday with dessert was special (was the present for her this year) - she was super chuffed
The food and atmosphere in the Lawn, selection of drinks were excellent. Then onto the tennis- the seats were brilliant in Court No.1 and wh had some great tennis matches to experience on Day one.
Thank you to Ross and his team for making this the most wonderful experience for us visiting Wimbledon for the 1st time. We definitely will be booking with Ross Deamer and his colleagues again :)

Everything was great.
Just the service of the food was very slow. We didn´t have a chance to get to the end of lunch.

Easy reach from underground. Easy to find way around in a relatively small facility. Unrestricted viewing from any seating as far as I could tell. The restaurant was beautiful and the service very attentive with the same person for the meal duration. First class. Malcolm Cherrie.

Tickets were exactly what I requested so thank you. Service in hospitality area was inconsistent and a little disappointing. Meal was OK, afternoon tea food was terrible. You need to take a hard look at that and seriously improve immediately. A big reason for my evaluation and grade. Every person at my table felt the same way.

The food at lunch and selection of drinks were excellent. Unfortunately the food at tea had obviously long since been standing and was dry and not very appetising. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, but the venue is extremely noisy - we had to shout at our table to make ourselves heard.

I always use Keith Prowse for hospitality tickets especially for Wimbledon, Queens and this year Roland Garros. My contact is Katy Hawes who is amazing and very knowledgeable on everything Keith Prowse do. Katy always follows up to find out how everything went and will always give you ideas on improving the next event. 5 star service guaranteed every time

Another excellent event hosted by Keith Prowse. This is our second time attending the Queens tennis final and we had wondered if anything could be as good as the first year and yes it was.
