I've been using this tracker for 2 years now, and I've NEVER come across an issue that couldn't be resolved by their customer support team. The tracker itself is so easy to navigate! And it does make my business processes simpler. So basically, it exceeded all my expectations, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

My server was under heavy load, guys detected that there was DDOS attack, they tuned nginx to reject bad requests and server turned back to normal state.
