Missing half my order. Ignored by customer service
Update - initiated a chargeback and informed KEFL, remaining part of order was then received. Even though still had no communication / responses back from customer service!!
Ordered a pair of weights, and only received one. Spent a lot of money on these too!
Only way to contact them is via email. Yet no-one responds. Can see on their Facebook page and also trust pilot that many other people experience the same problem (missing parts or whole of order).
DO NOT make the same mistake I did. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting to trading standards if no response shortly as they clearly are continuing to take peoples money but unable to fulfil the orders.

Customer services just ignore you
Product was not fit for purpose. Unsafe. Various Emails to customer services completely ignored for ages. One email gave address for return at my own cost of courier but didn’t reply to any further correspondence. Now that I have took the time effort and cost to return the product I have still not received a refund. Absolutely terrible experience.

I only received half my order. I’ve tried numerous times to contact the company and have had no response.
Therefore I am left out of pocket.
Not impressed at all, will not use again.
