Upon reviewing your case, we discovered that your insurance provider recently changed their policy from "pay to the provider" to "we need 5 to 7 business days to finish checking this claim. After we’re done, payment will go to the plan member." This change means that the insurance provider wants to review your claim before making a payment, which is completely out of our control.
