I reached out to Kef Customer Service… After Sweetpea the Destroyer
I reached out to Kef Customer Service via email. Chris from customer service was understanding on my predicament on my foam inserts for my KEF Concerto speakers, which were destroyed by my dog before I was able to insert them into the speakers. Once I go the replacements I soon inserted them, so Sweetpea could destroy them once more.

Bought a pair of Kef R5 floorstanders after much demo'ing , from Audio t in enfield 2 years ago , prior to purchase I spoke to Andy at Kef for some advice. Recently noticed one of my speaker grilles had started deforming !! Contacted Kef & bizarrely Andy called me back & had the contact information from when I called 2 years ago !!! He said that they had experienced some isolated issues with the grilles & would despatch me a pair pronto !! He sent an email to confirm this ! Bought Kef lsx speakers over 5 years…
Bought Kef lsx speakers over 5 years ago, and had to send them back due to a minor fault. They really are good speakers, and once repaired case number 00463048, I have got them back home, working as good as new.
The customer support is second to none, which justifies the quality of Kef products.

Great customer service for a query I made regarding speaker cables for my R3 Metas. Claire gave advice on purchasing from a shortlist and the sound is next level now. Other qieries made to KEF have also always been excellent so far.
High-End Sound, Low-End Accessories
Material: KEF LS50 Wireless II + S2 Floor Stands
While the sound quality of the speakers is excellent, I’m very disappointed with the length of the included cables. Neither the power cables nor the interconnect cable between the speakers are long enough — especially if you're using the S2 floor stands, which naturally increase the distance between the units.
If you choose to go with the floor stands, be prepared to purchase the optional K-Stream cable separately (€159), and possibly one or two longer power cables — which, surprisingly, KEF doesn’t even sell.
I contacted customer support but received only brief replies and no willingness to make any commercial gesture. Frankly, I find that unacceptable for a speaker and stand setup that costs around €3,000.
Total shambles of a company - avoid!
Placed an order and had money taken. Speakers were never dispatched, they never initiated contact and took days to respond to even say they will look into it. Eventually told they dont have stock and dont know when they will and to expect a refund in an additional 4-5 days.
Great Products and Customer Care.
My experience started when I attended an event at the Kef Music Gallery in central London, which was extremely informative and highly enjoyable. I got to experience my dream speakers (Blade 2 Metas) as well as the colossal and truly bonkers (in a good way) Muons. The Manager and his staff all optimised great customer service and their knowledge and enthusiasm for Kef was obvious from the start. For me the highlight of the evening was my seeing (and hearing) the new XIO Dolby Atmos Soundbar, which was announced only a few days before. To say that I was extremely impressed by the XIO would be an understatement. The design, technology, build quality and (most importantly) performance blew me away; so much so that I determined to order one as soon as I got home.
While in transit, I received an email from KEF thanking me for attending the event and requesting that I provide feedback, in exchange for a discount code for a £100 discount for any item over £1,000! Unfortunately, when I entered the provided code into the online order, it informed me that it was not valid for the XIO - presumably because it had not yet been officially released?! I emailed KEF support for clarification on Sunday, and a little after 9am on the following Monday, I received a response from Claire, saying that she would speak to the team re: the discount code. Less that an hour latter, she emailed me again to say that the code should now work with the XIO - which thankfully, it did!

I placed an order for a pair of refurbished R7 metas, at a price that was almost £1000 below RRP, on Friday evening and the speakers arrived on Tuesday morning. Great service and the speakers look to be indistinguishable from a brand new pair.

Due to a wrong ordering on my side ,
I had to return a complet speaker set .
Despite the fact that the whole process was a bit messy due to Logistical challenges on KEF side , the customer service team was always accessible and very customer minded and resolved the whole issue incl refund in a very personal and friendly matter.
Stunningly good service
Absolutely stunningly good service from KEF: I have a pair of Q900s, several years old, and I had lost the spikes that came with them. Had a look online to see if I could find any for sale, but I couldn't. So, thought it was worth trying going straight to the source: I contacted KEF and, almost immediately, got a response from Andy in Customer Services who told me he'd have a look to see if they still had some (it's a discontinued speaker). Then, very soon after, he mailed me again to say there was a set of spikes on its way to me. They arrived the following morning. Service this good is a rare & precious thing these days. Absolutely fabulous service.

Contacted KEF after one of my children broke the pin off the back of one of my R700 floorstanding speakers. Andy from suppport was very helpful, sending a replacement part out quickly free of charge. Great product, great customer support.
KEF LS50 Meta
Ordered via the KEF website and it arrived promptly. I had a query, which was resolved promptly over the phone. As for the KEF LS50 Meta, I'm super pleased with the build quality and sound clarity. I particularly want to mention the wider soundstage I'm experiencing—it's just exceptional and has elevated my music to the next level.

Don’t order direct
I placed an order a directly through the KEF website to find that Kef actually don’t handle the logistics and some other distribution company handles it. I wanted to cancel my order but they couldn’t cancel it even though they had plenty of time between order and despatching. I returned them swiftly without even opening the boxes and it’s been 14 days since the collection without any acknowledgement or refund. Their CS team keeps saying be patient, but now it’s exceeding the timelines on their website. Very disappointing experience ordering directly from the manufacturer. I already own plenty KEF gear, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering directly from KEF as their customer service is somehow not able to do much in a reasonable time frame or provide clarifications. I’m hoping that I wouldn’t have to initiate a chargeback from the credit card company.
KEF customer service are excellent
KEF customer service are excellent. Friendly, fast and informative. Unlike some others, such as AudioLab and REL. They also make good products they just don’t like talking to customers. I recently switched by Monitor Audio Silver 100 7g’s for KEF R3 Metas, and the difference is astonishing. Additional info I needed was easy to discuss and get an - if not definitive - then certainly helpful response.
