They advertised a ‘flying unicorn ‘. Showed a small childs hand operating it where the unicorn flys just above her hand. Received a battered box over a month later. Called a flying horse. Looked nothing like the pic that advertised it. Cheap and nasty product. Package states 14+ !!! I rechecked the website and there was no age on it abd they designed the advert fir young children. Be very aware it is VERY DANGEROUS. The switch to turn it on was tiny. My partner couldn’t find it after looking fir a while. I turned it on and the blades spun around quicker than a real helicopter and shot up to the ceiling. There’s no way you could have this in the house or around the children. It cut my hand and would do more damage if went near anyone’s face. I contacted them abd they have said as it wasn’t faulty!!!!! I beg to differ. I could send back fir refund but I’d have to pay postage. Sorry but this is unfair. This is lethal. Through the week itv showed a very similar toy to this abd said how fake abd dangerous they are. Please be aware of this warning to anyone buying this product it’s not work £14. It’s tacky and dangerous.

Bought a portable air compressor which is not just faulty but dangerous. This was more than a month ago and after numerous emails I am getting nowhere. I will give in eventually which is what they want. The customer service department needs to be renamedone.

Bought a blue gps watch for my son’s birthday. Got pink instead... complained they sent the blue one but everything in russian language. They wanted to send me an instructions via email but got nothing...Apart from all of that the watch absolutely doesnt work... app doesnt see the watch... absolute waste of money. Complained again got told to send it back... i did but heard nothing back... waste of time , money and my nerves. Never again!

I bought an item from keeto and it didnt work so contacted keeto who told me to return it. I have contacted them several time and given them plenty of time beofre i wrote a bad review but am still witing to hear back from them regarding a second item i returned to them. I would never but anything electrical from them again..they are just poor quality and of that’s why we pay a heavily reduced price..you get what you pay for

I purchased a cash cam of keeto it stopped working the day after i received it .I have spent the last 2months sending emails to resolve the issue but all i get back are false promises i strongly advise people to spend their money elsewhere to avoid dissapointment Within 35mins of this review i have received a full refund and a apology well done keeto edited to 3stars very impressive

Waited 4 weeks for the item to arrive, when it did it was faulty
Told by them to send it back for a full refund, have emailed them 3 times to ask where my refund is never get a reply

THEN WHEN IT TURNS UP THE PACKAGING OF ALL 3 ITEMS WAS CRUSHED,RIPPED AND PUT IN A PARCEL BY A 2 YEAR OLD CHILD I THINK..
NOW FOR THE ACTUAL ITEMS THEY ARE NOT WHAT IS DESCRIBED AT ALL AND COME DIRECT FROM CHINA WITH CHINESE INSTRUCTIONS ( My Chinese is a bit rusty)

I have recently had the experience of returning a faulty product (Apple Ear Buds). it took up to two months to process my claim however once the proof of the products return had been proven by proof of postage a refund was forth coming.
The wheels turn slowly but with a little patience we got there in the end.

Submitted order on 25th September. Failed to arrive and Hermes claimed to have delivered it on several occasions - they didn't as I was home each time.
Raised the issue twice with Keeto customer service and they assure me they are looking in to it.

Wish I read reviews first. Ordered a coat, took a month to arrive and ha completely different garment, absolute rubbish. Sent two e-mails so far and nothing back. Do not use this company absolute rip off merchants.

I had some issues with a Keeto product and it did seem to take a long time to get a response from them, but I am changing my original review from one star to 3 stars as they have now come back to me and been very helpful. I think my star rating will go up even more if they do respond a bit quicker if I ever have a reason to complain about a product. After all, Keeto only supply the items so if anything is faulty, their only responsibility is to take it back and sort it out as soon as possible

Do not deal with this company. They send out faulty goods and when you contact them regarding the problem they ignore your emails.
Very poor customer service

I have been waiting on my parcel for over 2weeks. I also emailed to ask what the situation was regarding my delivery. No response. Also looked up on companies house and trust pilot for reviews. As there isn’t much feedback about Keeto it’s difficult to assess. So would not rate this company well

Shocking customer service - ordered a product 10 days ago - say it is dispatched - Hermes tracking number doesn't work. Four or five emails to the company asking for help unanswered - if you are monitoring Trustpilot Keeto - where is my order number 1130745?????

bE very CAREFUL!!!! nO CUSTOMER SERVCE Telephone rings and cuts off they absolve themselves from all. You WILL lose your money as their customer service is non existent phone number conveniently cuts off please don't fall for the advertising! they will claim to work with the company you bought from but no communication happens at all. This has been my expensive lesson folks!

Bought a tracker watch ,was sent took over ten days ,when arrived charger cable missing packaging ok

It is just absolute rubbish ,.. I order an item over one month no delivery sent a message for refund and got told they do not do refund I ask for it to be pointed out in there terms and conditions where it states they do not give refund. After asking for refund then I can see from order tracking my item is just being sent out.

Meaning My order hasn’t even left original.

Keeto is just a China based items. I could have gone on AliExpress and would be better off. I’m am currently still waiting for a reply for my refund. 1month plus for an item and no update is absolute rubbish.

I ordered a CCTV system, it arrived within time scale and is an absolute bargain! Usually cost +£100 for one of these, and it was only £30. I also love how there are no hidden delivery charges. Keep up the good work!
