Canceled the subscription, they claimed I didn't and charged/shipped the product. After going back and forth with their customer service via help at keeps.com email, the subscription is still open.
The product is fine, but its the same that you can buy everywhere else. But the company billed me for over $500 for products that never shipped. Fraudulent and arrogant .
Awful company, absolutely terrible customer service. The product is fine but other companies offer the exact same product for 40% less and good customer service
I cancelled my subscription in June 2025. I received a charge from keep.com on my credit card in July 2025. When I contacted their support, I was told that I renewed my subscription, completed a consultation, and placed an order in July. I did not renew, do any consultation, or place any orders after cancellation. When I checked my account, there were additional medications I never requested or ordered on my upcoming delivery.
When I contacted their support, I was told that the charges could not be refunded.
This company is nothing but a scam. You try to cancel and they keep billing you and adding products to your subscription. Stay away from them.
my hair looks like dillon latham's tutorials but he's hangover. luckily it got better and my hair's back to normal.
It has been one month since I tried to reactivate my subscription. I submitted the payment multiple times and none of which was fully approved so I had to keep requesting a refund so I can redo the process all over again.
Their customer support is also god-awful, there wouldn't be any responses for one whole week and the provider will tell you to do one thing and then customer support will tell you another.
I submitted my payment at one point and then for some reason, my plan got cancelled without any reason and then they switched my provider. So, I messaged my new provider via the the Keeps website, but he just would not want to reply back or provide me with an update at all.
Basically, I paid $118 for a 3-month supply and nothing is happening. I'd call this a scam so I suggest everyone to go to their bank and ask for a chargeback because these incompetent people at this company is insane.
I had been a customer for years. One day my prescription needs tO get renewed while "my doctor" was on vacation. Some new guy came in and CANCELED MY PRESCRIPTION. After 2 weeks of fighting I gave up. GoodRX is SOOOO much better.
Ordered over almost two week ago and product still hasn’t shipped! When I contacted customer service last week received a bogus excuse and they said it was about to be shipped which didn’t happen. Wish I would have gone elsewhere.
Charged my card without warning or notice of upcoming renewal. Unable to cancel the order myself on the website, you HAVE to call support. When I call support they are unable to refund my order due to their 'internal system'; but when I ask to speak to a supervisor somehow they are magically able to offer a 50% refund, even though a moment ago their 'internal system does not allow refunds'. When I still ask to speak with a supervisor they tell me all the supervisors are gone and no one else is available to help.
This is exactly why states like California are rolling out protections for customers and requiring companies to allow people to cancel auto-renewing subscriptions the same way they signed up (online).
Beware! When you sign up, you will be asked about auto-renewal. Even if you say NO, they will still auto-renew your subscription and charge you without your consent.
This company supports genocide. Upon receiving their products, it clearly says "Made In Israel" on the side of the bottle. I immediately emailed them to ask for a refund, as I don't want my money going forwards funding a genocidal apartheid state, and they said "we do not allow for refunds, that's the policy." Do not support this company!!!
scammy company. doesnt matter if the product works or not they make it difficult to cancel and have a bad refill schedule. also dont accept refunds.

Charged my card after canceling. Do not use this company. I ended up needing to file a dispute through my bank.

They don’t give you enough product to cover the thinning area. They say 1 pump and 90 day supply but you have to use at least 3 pumps to cover even a small area. The cost is then significantly higher per month.
This company makes it impossible to control the amount of product you receive or to change the frequency. It's very obvious their goal is to make as much money as they can while making it difficult to cancel.
i mean it it what it is the doctor thought my blood pressure was too low and not really losing hair. I was able to get a refund too which was good
After ordering the product, I canceled the subscription so I wouldn't be charged every 3 months, because I wanted to see if it worked first. 3 months later, my card was charged and I received an email saying my order was on the way. I called, but their office was closed because this happened on a sunday, so I promptly emailed them letting them know that I had canceled my subscription and I no longer wanted their products or services, and to refund my card. I received no reply to the email. So I called and, and told them that I had canceled the subscription, that I did not want to continue their services or products, that I did not authorize this transaction, and they told me that my subscription cancellation was invalid. They made me jump through all kinds of hoops to cancel my subscription including filling out paperwork, verification by phone, and a lot of extra steps that I didn't have to do to sign up for the service in the first place. They refuse to give me my refund even though I hadn't gotten the product yet. I offered to send it back without opening it and they still refused. It is a very dishonest and manipulative company, such a scam I don't recommend it to anyone.
Nothing wrong with product the problem is price, you can now get a script from your dr and good rx will discount a 90 day script for $10,34 cent at HEB pharmacy as there $140 from keeps plus a $5 charge for something I have never figured out . Save your money and quit make this company rich
Ripped me off with an auto-subscription 6 months later for 200 bucks with no warning. Never subscribe here.
