Hard to connect and easily disconnected.

It’s hard to connect with the other line. And when you’re on your conversation it will suddenly got disconnected. When you reach 30 of talking then you’ll get disconnected and hard to re dial.

Since you're using the app, please take into account that the quality of the calls, when using the app, relies on your WiFi or cellular data Internet connection and device settings as well.

Make sure:
-you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers.

To ensure a high successful connection and call quality, please set up your Caller ID (the number showing up on the screen of the person you call). You can find the option in the app Menu.
1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them.
2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set.

A bargain compared to tradtional long distance service

I have used this service for many years. Without question, a better deal than that offered by my POTS carrier, in spite of having to dial the special access number (now memorized). One point of irritation is that I will be disconnected and reminded to add credits even though I have plenty of minutes left. Please correct this.
