I say that my experience with the company was highly satisfactory as I was able to enjoy benefits for several days.

I was charged a price that i didnt agree to (62.36) They had claimed that it was shown before check out but was not. What was shown was 39.99.

I had asked for a refund since it wasn't a price that i agreed to. They had then banned my account so now i have no access to the site at all.

Multiple downs a really slow. And the daily limits are trash on whatever plan you subscribe to.

Ive sent multiple screenshots of each stage of transaction that ive made and instead of having good business practice they instead banned me. That is pure and unadulterated shady and a SCAM!!

There are better file sharing services with way better customer service that rectify their mistakes. I would recommend 1000% Rapidgator. For my usage it was structured and was made clear with what i would he charged. Yes their apps user interface needs work but atleast they care about your business and your money.

Even sendcm is better. As a matter of fact all of them are better than keep2share!!

Do yourself a favor. Spend you money elsewhere.

Edited: I have a screenshot of the pricing prior to the purchase. Ive had mutiple emails back and forth with the support team and not once did they mention any about contacting support team before purchase. Also not once have you guys mention anything during the email correspondence of what price you guys had on your end. Why is that you mention it now once i made this situation public?

To the general public: i have full documentation and screenshots of pricing at each stage as well as my bank account of charges and email correspondence. Please feel free to reach out to me to show you evidence of how shady and a scam this TRULY company is.

To the company: Refund my money. I will never be using your service. However atleast i can edit this review and mention that you guys actually care about your customers instead of doubling down and continuing to make false claims (again i have documentation and screenshots)

Fast download speeds, the multi options for premium downloads is a much appreciated feature. Most underrated is their customer service. They are quick to answer any questions or concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

I have had a working trip that will last for 6 months however i asked for a refund but since the service was great and there no real problems with k2s the agent offer me an additional fee month of subscription which is great thats means the agent did a refund in another way and they were fast they reply within few hours from raising the ticket great service tbh

The customer service is truly TOP-NOTCH! They fixed the payment issue in just a few days. And get this while they were doing their checks, they extended my PREMIUM PRO account without me even asking! Highly recommended!

it let me donload what i want becase that is good but some time will not work becase it keep adding thinges that you dont want or cunting you as you don download mean time that you was not downloading anyting that week

An excellent platform keep2share, offers excellent storage at very low competitive prices, there are payments plan to suite every budgets, but the best thing about Keep2share is its customer service, when customers have enquiries or get into difficulties they resolve your problem at the speed of light, I had problems logging into my account, however support team at keep2share resolved my problem within 6 hours and I got back into my account, that very same day, out of rapidgator,filejoker, keep2share is by far the best value for money and customer service, a lot of platforms once they take your money they care very little, not keep2share, the customer is at the heart, centre of this company, my subscription expires next month, I most certainly intend to renew it

I am no expert at premium/cloud service providers. I have purchased from 9 different providers. keep2share.cc is only 1 of 2 that I have renewed. k2s.ccc is the one pass i would pick if i could only afford one. By far. There is no comparison. There is no runner up. There is no one in the same galaxy providing premium subscritions and hosting with keep2share.cc. For value and access to premium sites alone the conversation is over and it is only k2s.cc. Go throw your money away, get pissed and then come back and give your money to the team that has the best support, the best perks, continuous up time, seriously in light of the competition there is not one nagative with k2s.cc. If you try k2s.cc and do not agree I promise you I will sleep with your wife or gf until you are 100% satisfied! You have my personal guarantee! 👍😂🤔

Keep2share allows companies who steal and share our video's illegally to now password protect our video's. This makes it so we cannot report url and links to have stolen content removed, which is required by law. Keep2share is now actively enabling theft and protecting users who steal.

Shameful

I am an experienced subscriber to online vendors, but was greatly frustrated in re-setting my username and password on Keep2Share. I knew most of it was my own doing, but that didn’t prevent me from spending several hours trying many combinations of old and new credentials. With a few hours of asking k2s support for help, an agent cleared up everything. Also the service from the site has been excellent the past year.

Keep2share has always had quick super helpful responses to the few issues I’ve had. I’ve been using their service for years. Highly Recommend!!

Fast response, support took information provided into account even though the ticket had been "closed" (after 24h without customer response), a quick and acceptable solution was provided.

I was blocked to keep 2 share because i ude a vpn i think but it was solved and my account is unlocked

I've never had a file-sharing site actually care about my ability to access the service after getting my payment,..the 'support' would conveniently disappear! K2S support not only responded to requests for 'help', but went far beyond my expectations to resolve all the issues I had with access. And the best thing...they fixed everything within a couple of hours. K2S you give 'support' a good name again! Highly recomended!

I regret spending $55 for a one-month subscription (paypal) to Keep2Share. The download speed is absolutely abysmal. Despite paying such a high price, I can't even get decent speeds for downloading files. The performance is far below what was advertised and what I expect for this amount of money. Honestly, it feels like a total rip-off. I’ve used other services with far better speed and even slightly lower prices. I wouldn’t recommend Keep2Share to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere. This service is not worth the price at all.

I had a problem downloading videos and I went to customer service and they solved it within half an hour it didn't take long at all. I recommend using this product

After a few rough patches, k2s came through with flying colors! I was walked through, given the correct links & now all is good again...

I signed up for a month for premium pro, it didn't even last 20 days!
It's a scam!

The new pricing is good value for money.
I used their service before but had problems with bandwidth. But now its much better ,the transfer speed is amazing and the support staff were very helpful with payments and other issues.
Highly recommended.
