Absolute Lifesavers

Absolute Lifesavers: Keep In Touch Brought My MacBook Pro Back from the Dead!Keep In Touch truly saved my MacBook Pro! My 2019 laptop completely died and wouldn't power on.
From my first call, the team was incredibly courteous and transparent, giving me a clear diagnosis and a fixed quote very quickly. The speed of the service was astounding: diagnosis in less than 48 hours (this is really good for a complex machines as macbooks)
If you need fast, honest, and expert tech repair for a complex device, I cannot recommend Keep In Touch highly enough. They are simply the best!

An excellent service provided by…Keep-in-Touch

An excellent service provided by Keep-in-touch orchestrated by Mary Wallis in the sales office. We had a few problems leaving our existing provider and with the installation of our new full fibre broadband which delayed our switch over but Mary responded to all our setbacks with a cheerful and helpful service. Highly recommended.

What an excellent service

What an excellent service, I awaited for BT to cut my Internet and phone. When I noticed their Internet was off . I had a landline call on my mobile. EXACTLY as was agreed. Brilliant work KIT. Can't rate them high enough. Great work !!!

Everything I need, experience has been good, but a little frustrating

I was a little apprehensive about moving my phone on to Voip, especially after reading the review by Stephen Hughes.
I found the service very poor in that it was difficult to get the information I needed.
The kit arrived in good time and I was able to plug it in to my house extensions easily. My 5 house extensions were linked to the incoming BT box. All I needed to do is link the box they sent me to a port on my router (OK if you have a plug on the BT box: it would be more difficult if you had an old style wired BT box), My BT Box is in a bedroom and my KIT box is downstairs next to my ZZOOMM router. They sent me a 6 inch connector cable, but I just purchased a 6 metre one!
They eventually sent me a kit portal via email so I can look at and manage the line activity. Unfortunately they sent no instructions, so working out how everything works is a bit of an adventure.
The telephone answering is fascinating. I received a wav file with the message in it. I thought why cannot I listen online? You can, but you need to type in 8400, knowledge you can only have when you find "voice mail telephone access" in their app.
As soon as I plug in I started to receive the dreaded spam calls. KIT claim that the system has call blocking, but I really could not find it for weeks. They have a feature which blocks calls with no caller id. I switched it on and it works fine: I thought this is what they meant by call blocking. I was wrong because today I was delighted to find the call blocking feature. You have to set an entry in your personal address book, check "block this number" and save. This is much better than my previous telephone provider where I could only block numbers from answered calls.
They should have created me an online account where I can view my invoices, and did eventually when I contacted billing. It's a separate web site, so you need to log in separately.
My first invoice was over £50, but now I know why.
£25 set-up, £12.50 to retain my land line number, and £14.50 for first months rental( I use an optional extra feature) +VAT sends it over £50. I've had a later bill which just charges for rental.
Their support guys tended to not know stuff and said they'd log a call and someone would ring me back, but never did, I got there in the end. The system is pretty good. The experience could have been made so much better if they sent a comprehensive guide via email when I signed-up.

Unbelievable experience

I ordered KIT phone service as recommended by the company that installed full fibre broadband, at £10pm. After receiving the KIT equipment that to my surprise required a third box with LED's to be plugged into the mains, on top of the other two broadband boxes that were installed to the outside. I became aware I was not answering my landline (BT Advanced) although at home. If I got to the phone after only 5 short single rings, the caller heard the caller ring signal 15 times before I answered. The answer machine would pick up calls before the phone rang at all. Several calls to and from KIT, disagreeing it was the True Call feature on my phone, and/or VIOP ability, no improvements were made whatsoever, even though I agreed to a compromise I was willing to tolerate, A few days later I was informed my problem had been resolved which it had not even improved, and my ticked had been closed. No reply to any of my emails left me with no choice but to cancel their service. I was sold the service at £10pm, without being told of the just under £50 first bill. I received so many telemarketing calls every few days the memory in my BT Advanced phone was full, preventing the True Call feature of the phone to answer genuine calls. I was not informed my phone number that has changed service providers in the past, once ported to KIT, cannot be ported back to another provider, loosing the phone number I have had for more than 40 years.

Poor internal communication.

I ordered a new service on 19th Oct having been advised that it would take 10 days to be up and running! A month and a half afterwards I still do not have a service! They continually ask the same questions and blame previous colleagues for not communicating the information. Awful customer care.

Very easy to install

Very easy to install literally did this in 3 easy steps and have a land line as usual. Iv downloaded the app to my mobile so I can also see who calls when I’m out or answer directly to my mobile and make calls from my home line if needed. Value for money
