Proactive customer service
Customer service reached out to me after I checked on my tracking number to proactively give me an update (I wasn't worried or anything, I know that shipping at the end of the year is always slower/spotty). I really appreciated that they thought of me worrying! It was really very nice of them. They even did a final check after the tracking information indicated that the keyboard mat reached my home to make sure it was delivered!

The shipment status update is a little slower than original status, the product arrived this morning while the tracking status still telling me that the product just arrived in my country. But other aspect is great. no problem at all.
